Super cute place with gifts for sale too. I got the iced vanilla latte with cold foam. I am always hesitant to try new coffee shops because often they have an odd, bitter taste to them. The lady at the counter offered to fix it if I didn’t like it. I was pleasantly surprised! Super yummy and good coffee flavor. I will be back and would choose this over Biggby anytime!

I try to go every week for a little treat. They’re so nice to all their customers! Super friendly staff and really kind people. Their drinks are top-notch and literally the best coffee treat drinks I’ve ever had! So delicious! You literally can’t order anything you won’t like. Just remember to say frozen if you want yours frozen They were really nice and made my drink perfectly, and I really appreciate it! Favorite coffee place for forever! Thanks for being awesome ❤️

Due to health issues I haven’t been able to have coffee or caffeine for years, and while chatting with one of the baristas I told her how much I missed the taste of mocha. She locked in *immediately*. I was blown away by how above and beyond she went to make an experimental, custom coffee order I could hopefully have. And it worked. It’s definitely still not something I can have more than once in a while, but it worked. I regretfully didn’t catch the barista’s name, but she had a nose piercing and dark, curly hair in a ponytail. Miss Barista, thank you so so much for your help, it meant a lot to me <3 If anyone wants stellar service, come to Serendipity.

Things I LOVE about this shop:
• The drinks. Even if you don’t like coffee, you can find something you like! Frozen drinks, smoothies, teas (hot or iced) and of course, coffee of all varieties.
• The muffins! They are made fresh! Soft and moist on the inside, but a tiny bit of a crisp on the outside. So delicious.
• The store has so many things to offer, from blankets, to soaps, to loose leaf teas, etc.
• Such a welcoming little store, in general! We are always greeted with a friendly demeanor and the batistas are always more than willing to make a recommendation.
• A cute sitting area to enjoy your coffee/muffin and people watch.
• The bathroom is one of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen in a public place in a while. Not to mention, very cute!
I prefer this shop to most coffee shops! It’s very cute with lots to shop for while waiting for your drink to be made. Definitely a repeat store for me!

I know it’s cliche but it’s a one of a kind place. Food, pastries, gifts, kitchen accessories, and gourmet packaged food. Set in the Victorian style town of marshal this place stands out and is designed in a more modern style that gels with the traditional. The coffee was fantastic and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
