I have eaten here many times with great experiences until today. We also order box lunches often for work events. Walked in to grab a late lunch and ordered the lite lunch (turkey) as well as some other items. My order was handed to me within a minute which I thought was not normal. I thought this has to be premade since it is a half of sandwich. When I got back to my office a few minutes later I realized that must be true. The lettuce and tomato were wilted but that wasn’t the major issue. The major issue was the avocado was already turning black which is not appetizing. Very disappointing as I did not want to eat this after seeing the inside. Wasted money.

The food here is always Soo good!!! I love their French dip sandwich it’s awesome, the au ju is just mind blowing!!! But you need to make sure to get extra meat to really make it deluxe! The Waldorf salad sandwich is good too, but a little too peppery for me. If you love strawberry parfaits, strawberry shortcakes or strawberry pies, you NEED to get their strawberry & cream dessert! It’s absolutely delicious!!!! I couldn’t stop myself from just finishing it even though I was just going to try it and then save some for later. Yeah there was no later at all. Lol and their soups are also just soo fantastic. I haven’t had anything from there that wasn’t just sooo mouthwateringly good!!! Just thinking about the stuff I have ordered from then makes me hungry and my mouth water. If you are near this sandwich store do yourself a favor and go in and get one of their many sandwiches, soups, salads or baked potatoes. You won’t regret it!

I have always had a wonderful experience before today. After we ordered we had tons of people get their food before us. We stood there for 30 minutes and I had to ask several girls what’s going on. They said five more minutes and it’s up next. As we stare at four people that were way after us get served. Ours was a to go! My husband ordered a full salad and we got home with one tiny container of dressing. It was just not a good experience today.

Food is good when you eat there, just be careful if you order delivery, I ordered a Roasted Turkey Breast Sandwich and they ONLY put the turkey and cheese, they didn’t even put the mayo! ♂️ good thing they didn’t forget to put the chips hah…

Really good food, everything is fresh! They have online ordering and you can select to pay online or in person. This helps a lot as they are always busy and sometimes it takes some time to get your food. Also if there are any questions with your order or if they need to make substitutes they will call you at the number you provide while ordering online. Fast-forward three years! I’m taking away my five-star and giving a one-star! They don’t even bother to spread tuna on your sandwich, they just plop it down with the scooper! Plus they didn’t bother putting mayonnaise on my BLT two weeks before! Is that how they build their own sandwiches if they eat? I think not! If you have a complaint on their website and fill out their contact me form. I did!

Had both the chicken and bacon sandwich as well as the fajita grilled sandwich. Both were so good I didn’t want to finish my other half.

Good sandwich and selection. Good service and fairly quick for the lunch rush. Very busy during lunch so minimal seating. All seemed fresh and prepared well. I will be back to try some of the other selections!
