I dont know why the google reviews are low. I’ve been to multiple Kbbq places. There’s a newly opened one in Sacramento and two weeks after we went to this place.
We were a bit hesitant because of the rating but still gave it a try.

The newly opened one in Sacramento had these issues versus Seoul Jung :-

1. Service was slow in Sacramento (I understand they were busy and just newly opened)
For Seoul Jung, we automatically got our water and banchan. We didn’t have to ask for a replacement of the grill and we all got our utensils.
2. Food – Sacramento’s food quality was good, no doubt. Seoul Jung, their quantity is huge, quality is still decent but what do you expect when you pay that much?
3. Price – We got the Tier C at Seoul Jung and the options are still pretty good. The Sacramento one was the same price, good thing they had sashimi. Both restaurants were $40.

I would come back to Seoul Jung versus the one in Sacramento, or Stockton!

Just give it a try and give your own personal feedback.

Loved all the flavors of the food. Better selection at this restaurant more varieties. Loved their soup. Better than Gen in fremont. They give you alot of sides to start with before you choose what you want. we had the top 39.99 gives you everything on the menu. Totally worth it.

We had an awesome time at this Korean BBQ spot! We tried the B tier for $33.99 per person, and it did not disappoint. The meats were super fresh and nicely marinated. The steamed eggs and cheese corn were tasty, and the kalbi tang soup had great flavor.

Big shoutout to our server, Brandon — he was on point the whole time. Super friendly, super attentive, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. The vibe here is fun and lively, perfect for family meals, date nights, or just hanging out with friends.

We came by after a trip to the Livermore outlets, and it was the perfect way to wrap up the day. If you’re looking for solid Korean BBQ with great service, this place really hits the spot. We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re in Dublin!

Pretty good Korean bbq spot. The meat quality was pretty good. There are a good amount of side dishes and things to order. Even the basic A menu was good. I’m sure the more premium stuff is better but the 25$ basic one was very good. Staff were very attentive grabbing our empty dishes and changing out the grill frequently. Great place if you’re in the area for cheap and good kbbq

The bulgogi beef and brisket was a disappoint. They were very chewy and tough. The other dishes were good. The sesame ball, the popcorn chicken, the tofus soup are good.

The place is great! The staff are quick and attentive, even when it’s busy. I really appreciate that we don’t have to ask to change the grill they automatically switch it out with every order, which is such a nice touch. We love that! The QR code ordering system is also top-notch fast, easy, and super convenient. I’ve been to Ohgane Korean BBQ and Gen BBQ, but this place stands out as the best. The prices are also more reasonable compared to the others I’ve tried.

The only con is that some of the meat can be a bit fatty, but aside from that, everything is excellent. Definitely my go to Korean BBQ spot from now on!

Tried the $18.99 outlet menu at Seoul Jung and thought it was a solid value for the price. The pork quality is decent, and the selection covers the essentials — nothing too fancy, but definitely enough to satisfy a BBQ craving on a budget.

One thing I appreciated was the regular grill change — they actually stay on top of it, which makes a big difference in flavor and cleanliness. That said, some of the fried items and veggie sides can take a while to arrive, but given the price and volume of customers, it’s understandable.

What did feel a bit over the top was charging extra for black pepper on the outlet menu. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely raises an eyebrow.

Overall, it’s worth the money if you’re looking for an affordable Korean BBQ fix without expecting premium cuts or rapid service. Good for casual group meals or if you’re already at the outlet and want something satisfying after shopping.

Our party of 12 decided to celebrate last-minute, and we were completely fine waiting for everyone to arrive. Before ordering, I clearly explained that my family of four needed a separate grill because my toddler has severe allergies to seafood, gluten, eggs, and dairy. I was willing to pay the automatic gratuity and any reasonable accommodation costs.
What we weren’t prepared for was being informed—only after we began placing our order on the tablet—that our entire side of the table was required to purchase the supreme option, even though the rest of our group had already chosen the premium. This policy was never communicated upfront. We had no intention of ordering from the supreme menu; we only wanted a few items from the premium selection that met our toddler’s dietary needs while still allowing us to enjoy the meal.
When we tried to clarify the situation, the manager spoke to us in an accusatory and dismissive tone and implied that we would share supreme items with the rest of the group, which was both incorrect and insulting. Rather than showing basic hospitality or attempting to accommodate a legitimate medical concern, she seemed genuinely confused by the request to separate our orders and made no effort to empathize with our situation.
In the end, we spent $$$ for mediocre food and disappointing service. To be fair, the server assisting our family’s table was very kind, but the hostess/manager needs serious retraining. One of my orders was even mixed with another table in our party, and she initially insisted it wasn’t mine until checking the order slip. At no point did she apologize.
Given the lack of communication, poor handling of allergies, and the overall attitude we experienced, we won’t be returning.

We came here with a group of 11 people and had an amazing experience. We ordered the Premium All You Can Eat, and the meat quality was excellent! The service really stood out. The staff consistently cleared empty plates and changed the grill without us even having to ask, which made the whole meal smooth and enjoyable.Everyone in our group was very satisfied with both the food and the service. Perfect spot for group dinners and Korean BBQ

he service was not good at all was sitting there for 30 minutes before a server finally came to ask if we knew what we wanted to order. The food was alright but not really worth the price there was four of us but my mom disliked the food so much that she only ate a soup and didn’t want anything else. The environment is very fast pace but yet to receiving service is hard it is also very loud not kid friendly at all so if you have a little one like I do I would come here. If I would recommend a QB spot I would not recommend here save your money for a different location. I would like my money back that’s how bad my experience was.
