I had a fantastic experience at Five Guys! Last night, it felt like good customer service is getting harder to find. This location truly stands out.
From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our food was prepared quickly, but more importantly, it was made perfectly. We love coming here, but the staff made this visit special. People are often quick to complain when things go wrong, but we shouldn’t forget to say ‘thank you’ when a team gets it right.
Thank you to the whole crew for the great service and the delicious meal. We will definitely be back!

I have visited two different Five Guys’ locations in Winston-Salem, and my experiences have generally been nothing but excellent. However, there was one instance at this Robinhood Road’s location where the staff member misunderstood my order, resulting in my burger being missing pickles, mayo, and ketchup.

Five Guys is already a treat, but this location has the privilege of having some of the best employees who go above and beyond for their customers. The restaurant is extremely clean and usually a little chilly, the perfect escape from the outside heat while enjoying a meal. With inside tables and outside patio tables with umbrellas, there are options for your dining views! The portion sizes of the fries always surprises me, and there is Cajun seasoning available for those who are needing a little spice. While it may be a little more $ on a budget, the service and quality are above and beyond and well worth the value.

Took my daughters here on a date last night – their first 5 Guys experience. They LOVED getting an entire bag full of fries! We topped things off with a delicious Oreo milkshake. I hadn’t been here in several years and my burger just wasn’t quite what I remembered. It was a little on the dry side, though the fries were hot and delicious.
I also docked a star due to the fact that last night I went on a date with my 7 & 5 year old daughters that ended up costing $36 (!!!). Hard to justify going back based on the price alone but they did love the experience. The peanuts are a nice touch as well.

Great place and hamburgers. This is the best five guys in Winston, the guys and girls that work their provide excellent service and cook amazing food. If you want a classic burger this five guys is the place. I have been constantly going to this one for over three years and it’s super rare that anything is wrong or bad here.

Place was clean and the staff was very nice. The food was good not great very over priced. We had two burgers, two drinks and shared fries $35 later. We continue to visit cause it’s close to home but I think next time we will just keep driving downtown and have a better meal.

Good stuff as usual. Pleasant service. I had a Bacon Cheeseburger (with ketchup, pickle, mustard, and some raw jalapenos) and fries of course. However there was no seating inside due to covid so I had to sit outside. Fortunately the weather was good.

Did you know you can get a grilled cheese and add a patty to it with toppings? Well my boyfriend found out on tik tok and let me tell you… it is delicious. I got grilled cheese with 1 patty, mushrooms and onions. It may be even better than a regular burger, which I didn’t think was possible. Highly recommend, and the guy taking our order was really cool too. 5 guys is always a hit!
