My husband said the carnitas tasted boiled could use some more seasoning and was not shredded like typical Carnitas… The beans were good. Rice was delicious. Cheese sauce was amazing. Salsa was good. I did have to get my own napkins and silverware. I had a steak and cheese burrito. That was amazing full of flavor. A lot of meat double rice was delicious. Would definitely go back again. The experience was very good. Besides the Carnitas not having much flavor we will be back.

Not always a reliable indicator of the restaurant’s quality, but check the parking lot. As a general, rule if you see several lawn service trucks with equipment trailers behind them, or dented white vans, with gray splotches of primer showing where the paint is peeling, and paint-stained ladders on top, that is a good indication that the service is fast; the food is authentic. A working man’s Mexican restaurant.
None of that here, at the exclusive, “Señior Panchos Forest Ridge.” Lexus and Beemers out front.

I have been to the other two Senior Pancho’s, Broken Arrow location, and Catoosa. Both fair to average. Not worth a trip back. What the hell, I haven’t tried this one…..I am here to get it checked off the list.

So much for the BS.
Impressive, 5 stars from me. The food is attractive on the plate, tasty and properly seasoned. The plates are big and filled. The service is on point. In addition to the decent mild salsa, there are two varieties that have the fire. They will light you up. Ask for them (see pictures). Fantastic. My wife had the Burrito Chili Verde. A large flour tortilla filled with properly cooked carnitas and covered with chili verde. Me, I had the Enchiladas Mexicanas; all packed end to end with tasty fillings: chicken with green sauce, cheese inside with queso sauce, and ground beef with red sauce. Both plates garnished with fresh crisp lettuce, pico de gallo or guacamole. These two meals are recommended.

Inside, comfortable seating, attractively decorated. Doesn’t look like a cheap Mexican restaurant. Hardly even looks like a Mexican restaurant.

Not stated, but implied, the dress code minimum “Target shopper casual.”

If you are looking for other Mexican restaurants in the area, check out my reviews in my collection “Jalapeno Highway” by Spike S. on Yelp. I’ve probably been there.

We’ve been dining here regularly for a few months now, and the experience is always excellent. The staff is consistently polite and welcoming, and the service is impressively fast. The food is always delicious, reasonably priced, and generously portioned. As an added bonus, they serve complimentary queso with their chips and salsa, which is a great touch. This place has definitely become one of our go-to spots!

Went in on a slow Sunday afternoon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our server only took our drink order and refilled one of our two drinks once. Someone else ended up taking our food order and bringing the food out. Our actual server never checked on us or asked if we needed anything. The food itself was mediocre at best.

What really upset me, though, was the billing issue. Because the service was poor, I left no tip and clearly marked it out on the receipt, writing in the exact total of my bill: $16.90. The next day I received a notification that the restaurant adjusted my charge to $21.90, adding a $5 tip that I did not authorize.

It’s not about the $5 — it’s the principle. Altering a signed receipt and increasing a customer’s total without permission is fraud and it is illegal. I will be contacting management to address this.

As you can see time stamped of when my total was adjusted as well…

Very disappointed in my first visit!!! The place is nice, staff is nice. Prices on lunch menu is a CRAZY EXPENSIVE for lunch menu!. Way more than 3 tequilas further east and the Los mariachis at 193 and county line behind QT on 71st.

Food: very disgusting for me and the two other guest with me.

How can you screw up “Huevos Rancheros!? NO you don’t just scramble a couple eggs on a plate with rice and beans on side and you damn sure don’t bring a couple soft flour tortillas with them!!!!!

Every where I order these here anyplace in Oklahoma or other states the authentic huevos rancheros starts with lightly fried corn tortillas as the base. Then you top them with a fried egg, some homemade tomato salsa, and a sprinkle of cheese. You can also add beans, avocado, and a bit of cilantro for that extra flavor. The rice is bland and tasty like cardboard but the refried beans were really good. (Only thing good) my brother stated it was a good thing he smoked some 420 before lunch and is the only reason he ate what he had gotten

Who the heck thinks plain scrambles eggs are huevos rancheros?

Ate a few bites and fed the rest to my dogs…. My friends burrito was extremely salty

Don’t let the size of this small mom-and-pop shop fool you—Señor Pancho is a powerhouse of flavor. The food is absolutely delicious, and the hospitality is a perfect 10/10. A must-visit!

The salsa and queso with the chips were both very good. The place was very clean, and the service was great.

However… the beans and rice were bland and the steak and cheese burrito was extremely salty. The prices seemed a bit high compared to other similar restaurants in the area. Eating there once was enough for me.
