The servers are good and nice atmosphere. The food is edible. Not sure if the server didn’t communicate with the cook or the cook chose to do things their way. After letting the waitress know what was wrong with my order, she said sorry and walked away.
The regular margarita super weak. The Dragon margarita was good. The Gucci Margarita was the best thing we had other than the chips and salsa. Personally, I wouldn’t go back ever but it might be because I know what mexican food should taste like (this ain’t it). If you are from GA and never been anywhere then you will be good to go here.

My tacos were delicious and loaded, I got asada, carnitas, al pastor y al pastor alambre.
I loved the salsa bar with the pepinos and pickled onions, they even had a salsa matcha there.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was an extremely disappointing experience.
We ordered 2 street taco orders – 1 pastor, 1 steak, and 1 carnitas taco each. Instead, we received 3 steak tacos and 3 carnitas tacos. They also completely forgot the beans we ordered.
The food quality was poor across the board. The rice was completely flavorless, and the meat was overly greasy.
The ordering process was already annoying – I had to repeat our simple order about 6 times to the person taking our order over the phone.
When I called to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund for the incorrect portions of our order, the customer service was appalling. The staff member gave no acknowledgment of the mistakes, never apologized, and seemed to struggle with basic conversation. She would go completely silent after I explained the issues, forcing me to ask if she was still there or if she understood what I was saying.
The combination of wrong orders, poor food quality, and terrible customer service makes this a place I cannot recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere.

First let me state that I cannot say enough good things about our 1st experience at Senior Mezcal. The spicy margarita I had was delightful and perfect. We requested a spicier version of their salsa for our chips and were brought a homemade recipe that was excellent – albeit spicy- as requested! I asked about a modification to a menu item. It wasn’t something they recommended, but a change I needed and the manager came out to quantify a few things to accommodate my request. The result was phenomenal!! Our waitress was Tania. I hate to be “that” customer, but I had questions in order to make a selection and she was so gracious and patient. I couldn’t be more grateful. We were visiting based on visiting an area campground, so we can’t be regulars. But we WILL be back when we return! I highly recommend this place and I hope your experience is as good as ours was!

The manager was absolutely amazing! I took my mom and aunt for the first time and when we were telling him how amazing their first time was and how we’d be back he made us a margarita on the house! I absolutely love their queso dip, plain and the mezcal way, flautas and margaritas!! Can’t wait to try something new next time as their menu is extensive!

We decided to try senor mezcal after someone highly recommended it to us. We came in on a Tuesday evening and were surprised at how large the space was inside! The decor is very festive and we love the bright colors and paintings! Gabby was our waitress and took excellent care of us. When asked for recommendations she was able to personally recommend several drinks and food items. I tried the prickly pear margarita and my husband had the dragon fruit margarita! We loved them! However, I will say they were very sweet. I ordered a chimichanga with steak. Oh my goodness, it was fresh and mouthwatering! We were very pleased with our experience here and plan to visit to try more in the near future!

I went on a Tequila Tasting night on a Thursday. I was greeted at the door with a smile. The atmosphere was wonderful, it was karaoke night. The vibe of the restaurant is beautiful and full of color. Easy parking and location. The prices are reasonable and the drinks. I will be coming again !!
