At first, I thought the presentation when we walked in was nice. The place was pretty much empty, and the service started off okay. However, the food took quite a while to come out. When it finally arrived, it was disappointing. The carne asada was overcooked, dry, and barely seasoned.
After we finished eating anyway, it took a long time for the server to bring the check, almost like he forgot about us. When the check finally came, I noticed the tip was already added at 20% instead of letting us choose the amount. I wasn’t happy about that.
The server and the manager said there were signs stating this policy, but realistically, how many people are paying attention to signs when they’re hungry or having drinks? That’s something the server should explain upfront. If the service and food are both disappointing, being forced into a 20% tip doesn’t feel right.
This was my first time there, and it will definitely be my last.

We are very familiar with Senior Frogs and have dined with them on any occasions an over. We went to the Pensacola location on a Thursday evening and there were very few customers. The music was loud and the staff was friendly but only one other table. We placed our order and the food came right out. I had the taco salad and my husband had the fajitas. The food was not up to standard. We had a good time anyway. The people here are very good and the views of the bay are top notch. I imagine in the summer it’s a really fun place!

The food was great and the atmosphere was exactly what we needed. It was a good place to unwind after my sister-in-law’s funeral. We don’t drink, but we truly enjoyed the wings, dip, nachos, and quesadillas. More than anything, we needed a space to clear our heads, ease the sadness, and make memories with the family we still have.
We never told the staff what we were going through—they did all of this on their own. The team was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and without even realizing it, they helped a grieving family relax, breathe, and feel a little lighter during a difficult moment.

Señor Frog’s NEVER misses. This was my third time here and it’s been a straight 10/10 every single visit. The food was fire, the drinks were on point, and everything came out super fast. The atmosphere is lit fun, energetic, and perfect for a good time.
I even brought a friend for her first visit and she loved it so much she said it was over a 10/10. If you’re looking for good vibes, great drinks, and amazing food, this is definitely the spot. I’ll for sure be back again and again.

Lively! Fun vibrant atmosphere with live DJ music. Food is very good and the portion sizes are large even with the appetizers. I ate here at 3pm on Saturday. They were not very busy and the food came quickly. This location has scenic views of the beach and gulf. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a bar.

The food was pretty good. The service was excellent! I really enjoy outdoor seating with a beach view! The music is very loud, though. Be prepared. They automatically include a 20% tip on the bill.

We had no clue what we were walking into when we chose to eat lunch here. It turned out being the much fun lunch we have ever had. Kendall was a great waitress. Every employee had a great attitude. The entire restaurant was a fiesta. Our lunch was very entertaining, it was full of skits, random things kept happening that we were not expecting. I love how they also involved the children in everything they do to also keep them entertained. Such a great experienced. I promise you will absolutely have a blast.

Fun beach restaurant with great music and great service. We had the carne asada plate. Good size to share but our meat was a little tuff. The rice and beans were delicious. We also shared the jalapeno cream Cheese poppers. THEY WERE DELICIOUS

This was our first time at a Señor Frogs. We’ve passed it a ton of times but never stopped. I’m so glad we finally did and plan to make it a regular part of our Pensacola trip. I love the music and fun atmosphere! Food was also great!
