Everything was absolutely delicious the papaya salad was fresh and perfectly balanced, the Khao Soi was rich and full of flavor, and the mango sticky rice was simply exquisite. You can truly taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients in every dish.
The service was wonderful. Fewi, who took care of us was kind, attentive, and professional, which made the whole experience even more special.
Highly recommended we will definitely be back!
Staff is always amazing and quick. Will be a forever customer.
I’ve dined here twice because the food is among the better Thai options in Las Vegas. Also initially drawn by the large number of positive reviews. However, my experience was severely disappointing, and I later realized how those reviews might be misleading. However, my most recent experience was deeply disappointing due to serious issues with billing, portion sizes, and wait times.
1. Unexplained Overcharging & Inflated Prices:
The final bill on my second visit was surprisingly high. A closer look revealed that three items were charged about $2 more than the menu prices. When I asked about the extra cost for my boat noodles, the staff incorrectly claimed it was for my noodle choice (flat noodles, which should not incur a charge). They refunded the difference in cash, but only the pre-tax amount. Always check your bill carefully. Additionally, I’ve noticed their menu prices are frequently raised and have reached an unreasonable level.
2. Small Portions for the Price:
The portions are not substantial, especially considering the already high and ever-increasing prices. You simply don’t get good value for your money.
3. Unacceptably Long Wait Times:
Service is extremely slow. We waited over 30 minutes during off-peak hours. During busy times, expect to wait an hour or more, as the kitchen struggles to keep up.
4. Be Aware of Incentivized Reviews:
Shortly after opening, they actively solicit 5-star reviews by offering a free ice cream to every customer who writes one. This practice casts serious doubt on the authenticity of their high ratings.
Conclusion:
While the food is decent, the combination of being overcharged, receiving small portions, enduring long waits, and facing constant price hikes makes this place impossible to recommend. I will not be returning.
Simply perfect.
★ The drinks
• Lemonade was a spot-hitter.
• Thai coffee – divine. So good, I got two.
• Water was refilled very frequently.
★The Grub
• The dumplings really set the whole experience up for success. The best I’ve ever eaten.
• The Pork Laab (Spice Level 3 is ) was splendid. Should be the only protein choice for Laab, imho. A very spicy level three, lol….This is why the water refills were super important to me. I drank about six pints of so.
• The Drunken Noodles with Ribeye (A touch of Maldon salt on the ribeye would have REALLY set it off) were to die for. It remained temperature hot the whole time. I think the steak was almost a heat shield.
• The Tom Kha with vegetable was unlike anything I’ve ever tried. Arrived on a wooden warmer, with clean burning wood underneath to keep it warm a bit longer on the table. The flavor of the bowl almost seemed likely they used fresh coconut juice. My biggest regret was not getting the tom kha with chicken or shrimp . Operator error.
★ Everything else
• The vibe of the whole place was very inviting, cozy and well decorated.
• The server and lady touching tables were so kind, attentive and genuine, especially for how busy it was when we left.
They didn’t skip a beat.
The prices?
They were great – given the superior, world-class Thai dining experience. $107.99
We loved this place.
Quality food served with enthusiastic people anxious to help you enjoy an exotic Asian culinary experience.
This place is nestled in a predominately Asian community and we experienced seeing customers really having a great time.
