Edit: We came back on a different day for lunch and had a great experience. The food was excellent, everything was fresh and full of flavor. The service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend their Bún Bò Huế, the best we’ve had so far compared to anywhere in London including Toronto!

They closed before their listed operating hours. We arrived at 8:25 pm on Dec 29, and they’re supposed to close at 9 pm. While we were parked, we saw a man closing the blinds. The doors were locked, the “open” sign was turned off, and no one answered when I called. Businesses should stick to the hours posted on Google or, at the very least, post a notice on the door explaining an early closure. Terrible experience. Please don’t blame it on the weather, there was no snow, blizzard, or power outage at 8:30 pm. We drove 30 minutes to try this place and left disappointed. Be wary of coming around 8 pm; they may close early and you’ll waste your time.

Friendly staff and the atmosphere was great. The food tasted good at first however it had an overwhelming aftertaste. The Pho broth was too sweet and had an extremely strong ginger and cinnamon taste. The pork with for the vermicelli and pork dish was too fatty and too sweet. Also the food didn’t sit well with me our the person I ate with.

We recently visited Sen Modern Vietnamese Restaurant for dinner as a couple, and it was such a wonderful experience. As a newly opened restaurant, you can truly feel the care and thought behind every detail. From the moment we arrived, everything felt intentional and welcoming.
What impressed us most was the service. The staff were incredibly patient, attentive, and well organized throughout the entire evening. We felt genuinely cared for, with warm, kind service that never felt rushed. It’s clear the team takes great pride in what they do.
We ordered the Crispy Chicken Fried Rice and the Spicy Beef Soup, and both dishes were flavorful and comforting—perfect choices for dinner. The food arrived promptly and was beautifully presented, adding to the overall experience.
The space itself is clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, which made our evening even more enjoyable. Sen feels like more than just a restaurant—it’s a thoughtfully created place for people to relax and connect. A fantastic new addition to the city and absolutely worth supporting.

Lovely restaurant with great service and food. Generous portions and wonderful flavours all around! Ordered the vegetarian spring rolls (not pictured), stir fry with chicken and satay sauce as well as the peanut satay beef pho. Typically, we go for rare beef pho but wanted to try something different, it has a very cozy, complex flavour; perfect for these winter days.

Food is delicious. Good portion sizes. I didn’t get a lot of meat in my pho but I was very satisfied with how much tendon I was given. Broth is very good and clean tasting. One size. Well- prepared fried spring rolls.

We tried their noodles, Cabbage salad and Fried rice. While all the dishes were delicious, fresh and well-seasoned, I personally was most satisfied with their fried rice. It might be the time they fry, the type of rice they use, but it was really outstanding!
The service was friendly and quick, the prices are a bit more reasonable than other Vietnamese restaurants we tried before and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. Though the menu was not really diverse, I totally recommend this place!

We came in 30mins before closing, staff was polite. The fried spring rolls and banh mi are legit. We have been to Vietnam and they are at par. The beef pho is at second place, compared to the “best” pho in London in our opinion. We will come back for sure. Nice to have another pho place to go to.
