I used to order lunch in when I worked in town. Loved it. Today I was driving by and got a to-go order of the Incredible Burger which comes with Fries. I got home ready for my burger. I bit into it and noticed something different, in a bad way. It tasted like rotten fish smell. Like old fish. I was so disappointed. Could it have been in a freezer to long next to fish? Was it cooked on a grill next to fish? The only reason food got 2 stars was because of the fries.

Not happy with my portion size. Got a razor thin brisket cut in two. Looked nothing like the menu. Guy came to table just to say sorry they can replace it. You be the judge. Update .tasted it. Yuk. It had 12 pickles on it and 3 inches of coleslaw

The new lunch Specials are awesome! We had the buffalo chicken wrap three course and a Philly cheesesteak. The wrap was made incorrectly the first time after biting into it we found it was missing the bacon, when we brought this up they made a brand NEW one on the FLY (literally under 3 minutes) . The Cheesesteak was as close to an authentic Philly cheesesteak as you can get! Highly recommend dining at this establishment. Always clean, always friendly, and fair prices.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Our waiter (about 5’8” with a goatee) let our food sit in the window for nearly 10 minutes before finally bringing it out. By then, everything was just warm, not hot. I specifically ordered the seafood bisque, and not only was it mediocre, but I actually found crab shells in it. Completely unacceptable for something that’s supposed to be a creamy soup.
The whole experience felt careless and unprofessional. If you’re going to pay restaurant prices, you expect fresh, hot food and attention from your server — not indifference and inedible surprises in your meal. Definitely will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend Pats Select to anyone.

I normally like places that aren’t chains when it comes to pizza, but this place is pretty good. I haven’t had anything here that I didn’t like. It’s all good. I really like their appetizer egg roll cheesesteak! The pizza is good too.

Reported issue with food to manager Etsy & she became very angry when she was told a picture of the food is on line it was so bad I had to hang up on her. Never going back & telling my co workers who order from there all the time.
Tried their cheesesteak for the first time it was very good but unfortunately it was no meat half way on one end of the bun I was disappointed by that!

Great service here especially by Mara (sp?). She caught an error in our order before I paid, saving a lot of time/frustration. That was much appreciated, and I’ll certainly be back to order/dine in.
