Came in to appease a growling stomach quickly. I could have gone to Bob’s but I wanted something quick. I haven’t been to a Jack in the Box in forever so I didn’t even know the menu. That said I got my fill and basically got what I expected. Wasn’t expecting much. Bathrooms were relatively clean, but the place was empty at 6pm. I suspect most of the clientel are drive through business.

The service at this establishment was terrible. We were the only customers, yet we waited 15 minutes for our order because they simply forgot about us. After I reminded them, the food was brought out cold. There was no apology, and the staff acted as if my request was unreasonable, even though I only asked for warm food. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this location. Management needs to be much more careful when hiring and training staff.

I went thru at 11:50 and was told you guys were closed. I work at a fast food restaurant and we serve people until we close at whatever time that is. I would expect you guys to want your restaurant to make money even in the last ten minutes you are open for. Literally just lost out of a 45$ order because you didn’t want to have re clean stuff. This store refused to add additional items to my tacos as I use delivery service the driver was going to pay and store wouldn’t accept the delivery driver money. Jack in box needs to add jalapenos and extra cheese to all there taco items.

I had the spicy chicken with the good good sauce. It was excellent. Service was good. The jalapeños poppers are great and the deal on the two tacos was good. Curly fries all the way.

No photos this time. I haven’t been to Jack in the Box for almost a year because we don’t have them in Canada but I sure wish we did. I had an old favourite the Sourdough burger. I would give a 5 star rating but it was a bit not fresh/cool like it had been sitting. This is not the usual for these guys so I will give 4 stars. The Chinese egg roll is one of my favourite menu items with sweet n sour sauce. If you haven’t tried it then you must next visit. It’s the best hands down! It was a 5 star as usual. Did you know Jack in the Box is known for cooking when you order? Versus making a bunch of stuff ahead of time. I hope this is still the way they operate otherwise all the mayo in the world can’t hide a burger that’s been sitting.

I had no problems and I didn’t get sick, as others are saying. They were very nice and helpful. The food was great, keeping in mind that it is a “fast food” restaurant. I will return!

Really no issues. My first Jack in the Box experience. Found mixed reviews on this location, but my visit here was good. Food was hot, fresh & tasty. I will say, back home, we have TacoBell. Well, if we had Jack in the Box in Florida, TacoBell would shut down. These tacos were outstanding!
