One hundred and fifteen percent impressed. I was expecting to “eat light” and just got the lunch Jalisco with an order of queso and wow, was it more than I bargained for in quantity. Not only were the obviously house fried tortilla chips light and crispy but the cheese was super smooth and the plate of Jalisco itself, so heaping with thick crunchy bacon, plump shrimp, and tender white chicken then placed on a bed of well prepared Mexican rice. Much better than the “Lunch Special” I envisioned when I ordered. The service is great and the restaurant itself one of the cleanest I’ve seen, roadside, in quite awhile.

Fabulous service. Was my 1st visit but not my last. Had the lunch menu on a Saturday very reasonable price paid for 2 adults 2 children almost 40.00. We had a very large group approximately 12 people very fast service . Look forward to my next visit.

It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, but it also wasn’t one that really stood out or left me excited to come back quickly.
Starting with the food: it was okay, but not great. The portions were decent and everything came out hot and fresh, which is always a plus. The flavors, however, were fairly average. Nothing tasted bad, but nothing really impressed me either. It felt like standard Mexican fare without much depth or uniqueness, good enough to satisfy hunger, but not memorable. I didn’t find myself thinking about any particular dish afterward, which usually says a lot.
The service was about on par with the food. The staff was polite and did their job, but there wasn’t much warmth or attentiveness beyond the basics. We weren’t ignored, but we also didn’t feel especially welcomed or checked on. Everything moved at an acceptable pace, just nothing that stood out as exceptional.
The atmosphere is where things slipped a bit more. The heat inside the building was turned up too high, which made it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. Combined with that, the restaurant felt a little dingy and worn. It wasn’t dirty, but it could definitely use some updates and better temperature control to make the space more inviting.
Overall, it’s an okay spot if you’re nearby and craving Mexican food, but there are probably better options if you’re looking for great food, standout service, or a comfortable dining environment.

Seis Amigos has some truly delicious Mexican food. The flavors are rich and authentic, and the dishes are well-prepared and satisfying every time I visit. The quality of the food is definitely the highlight and keeps me coming back.
That being said, the service can be inconsistent. At times, it feels a bit slow, and the staff and manager haven’t always come across as friendly or welcoming. A warmer atmosphere and more attentive service would really elevate the overall experience.
Overall, great food — just hoping to see improvement in customer service and hospitality in the future.

I was surprised with their pricing. Very reasonable and affordable. Food portions were great and also very tasty! Staff was friendly and there wasn’t much of a wait on the food. Think I found my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Cape!! Check them out!!

We went to Seis Amigos for dinner last night and sat at their outdoor patio. We had no wait to be seated and the service was great. We both got street tacos with corn tortillas and my husband ordered a strawberry margarita. He was surprised by how big the medium margaritas were. All of the food was delicious, however we both had gluten reactions later that evening. In my experience Mexican restraunts are usually a safe choice if you’re gluten sensitive because they have so many corn-based options. I’m not sure if they use flour in their seasonings or if it was simply a cross contamination issue in the kitchen. The food was great and if gluten isn’t a concern for you, you’ll likely have a great experience. However, if you’re sensitive to gluten, use caution here.

We were in town, wanted Mexican and gave them a try. Glad we did. The food was really good. Service was fast and fairly friendly. We tried the flauta chimichangas refried beans. Everything was good. The spicy salsa mixed with a mild salsa makes a really nice salsa.

Service is extremely slow before dinner. They spend most their time prepping for the dinner rush instead of checking on their current tables. My waiter did fulfill my “out of norm” requests. I did wait a long time to order and currently waiting an extra long time trying to pay.

This restaurant has been going down hill everytime I go. Wethere it’s servers not paying attention to the table because they are doing side work instead of taking care of the table or the quality of the food on rapid decline. This has become my least favorite Mexican restaurant in the county. I will only eat here if all other choices has been exhausted. Will not be back

Super impressed. Wonderful Mexican food. Lovely service. Special shoutout to our server, she was really nice. I got the Tacos ala Mexicana, with chicken and chorizo. Delicious. And the frozen Margarita was a cherry on the cake.
