After ordering, we self-seated and received our food in under five minutes, which was impressive. The smash burger itself was thin and cooked as expected for the style. The wings were flavorful, and the fries came out fresh and hot. Overall, the food quality was solid, though nothing particularly stood out as memorable or unique compared to other smash burger spots in the area.
Secret Burger Kitchen delivers a fast, convenient experience with reliable execution. While it satisfied the craving and the service speed was notable, the meal felt fairly standard. I would consider returning primarily for convenience rather than as a destination dining experience

Stopped by Secret Burger tonight after my son’s basketball game, and it is such a great choice, never disappoints. This place truly never misses—amazing food and even better customer service. Everything we ordered was delicious, and Ellie at the front absolutely killed it. I really appreciate how many options they offer, from chicken to plant-based choices. It’s one of those spots where everyone can find something they’ll enjoy. Definitely a go-to for us.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat and was really impressed by their service and quality. When we went up to the self serve kiosk we were asked if we’d been there before. Since it was their first time they offered a sample of their special sauce. We got it on a couple of fries and it was delicious! We shared double with fries since it was a bit of an earlier dinner. Might have been pretty heavy if just one of us ate it but it would be super good after a hike or an intense workout! Would def recommend it and I’d go again!

First time here and I absolutely fell in loveeee with the food. The burger was super delicious – their SBK house sauce was a great mix in the burger. Their garlic sauce was phenomenal. Fries were good. The Caribbean Jerk wings were absolutely incredible. I WILL be returning and telling more people about this. The vibe of the shop was great too. Staff were super friendly and attentive. definitely felt catered to here

This is one of my favorite smash burger spots. The service is amazing, and the burgers are even better. The patty is thick enough that you still get the crispy surface, but a great meaty bite. The meat is soft, juicy and not dried out (from having too thin a patty)

Not know what to expect walking into the Secret Burger Kitchen. The atmosphere was nice and music playing soft. The restaurant was clean and ambience was amazing. The owner helped us with the ordering and introduced himself to everyone and made his way to table to check on the service. The employees are nice and respectful and had good manners. The food was amazing as I ordered the burger gluten free bun, fries and go wings. My grandson ordered the chicken strips and fries and my daughter had the Philly cheesesteak. The food was hot and it didn’t disappoint. We will be coming back for more food because the menu has lots of food choices.

Pretty tasty burger. Small portion of fries but tasty. More topping options would only benefit the burger. My to go order was slightly incorrect as far as my drinks go. Got to love those sauces in syringes! I actually decided to keep them. The blue lights in the bathroom are a bit much.

Did the order online, it worked perfectly and on time. The fries are fantastic, good choice on the source. Easy to find parking which is a big deal. The burger is a legit smashburger! I also enjoyed the chicken sandwich. I love that i could make it a double. I will be back!

Easy recommendation. These guys know what they’re doing and they do it well. Burger was exactly what I was hoping for and the fries exceeded expectation – fresh, hot and perfectly crispy. The serving staff were both wonderfully friendly. I would include more ‘regular’ milkshakes on the menu so it wouldn’t be too much, pairing with me burger – but this is just me. Go and enjoy with no trepidation.

This hip and OVERPRICED burger joint is situated in the First Hill area of Seattle. It’s a busy place and I was a little overwhelmed by the ordering process, you have to use a touch screen and the lines picked up fast. There’s options from smashed burgers (beef) to plant based burgers-delicious and fried chicken sandwiches. The food was good but I really enjoyed the crispy coated fries. I like that they sell beer lol! The music was lacking but all in all it’s not a bad place to go for a burger.
