Never have my wife and I been to Popeyes. While in Boardman, our son and daughter in law spoke of this chain. We couldn’t wait to try after seeing adverrs in our Cleveland area with NO Popeyes. A very clean place. You can tell rhe employees care. All staff were cleanly dressed and very well in their manners. The meal was plentiful and chicken delicious.

It can be hard to find a “GOOD” Popeyes, but this is one of them. The store was really clean, the staff was kind and efficient. The food came out quickly and tasty. The fries were basically cold but they still tasted good (that is why the food itself only got a 4 star). Would definitely eat here again!

The service here was not great, and a member of the staff had to keep stepping away to cough. Not just a small cough, but one associated with a cold/illness. I watched to see if he washed his hands at all, which he did not. Just not a very good experience, at all.

Asked if a drink comes with a combo 5 piece spicy chicken strips. We were told yes you get a drink. We were asked if we wanted to up size since my husband and I were sharing this $10.99 meal. Up charging cost an additional $2.00 for the up size for the side. Our bill came out to be $16 and change. Couldn’t figure out where the additional cost came from, besides the up size. Got a blank look when I asked the girl at the register. The answer…NO drinks do not come with combos.. Not only did they misdirect us with the drink issue but our chicken strips were supposed to be SPICY,. I know I should have taken them back. Never again will I eat at Popeyes. Outrageous

Horrible!!!! First they made me wait 30 min in the parking lot for an 8 piece family meal , didn’t give me the tenders I ordered I got legs and thighs , then I ordered an extra mashed potatoes and gravy which I also did not receive but got charged for!! Point blank never again!!!
