I assumed this would be just another run-of-the-mill pizza place and put off trying it for years. The price was ok. I ordered two extra large pizzas with two toppings for 13.99 each, which was a take out special they run. These pizzas are definitely not extra large, maybe large. I got a pepperoni and sausage, which was uninspiring. I liked the pepperoni and onion better. The sauce is sweet, and the crust is thin enough to be tolerable with a little bit of burn on the crust (just how a good Neopolitan should be). The cheese to sauce ratio was also perfect. I would order again from Seasons.

I ordered pizza and it had pineapple and i did not mean to select pineapple. when i called the store, the person, Tabitha, answered and yelled at me straight away telling me she cannot change a third party order which of course I did not ask her to do. she said she was the manager and said there was no corporate and that her boss would say the same thing and then she yelled more and more and hung up on me. it was wrong for her to assume i would want her to change a third party ordered I already received. i wasn’t sure if there was a gap or glitch in the ordering and instead I was yelled at and disrespected. I contacted Seasons and spoke to a very nice man. This location is convenient for me and have ordered food from here for years. Today I ordered lasagna which I have had in the past. It was a huge disappointment. I asked him to have someone else taste it and recommended not sell it to anyone else. I cannot describe the taste. He claimed that he would try it. He offered me something else which I declined.

My order arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes after it was placed. It happens. However, it was clear my food sat a long time. We ordered the chicken strip meal and it must have been super hot when it was first made, but by the time we got it, it was cold, grease-soaked and tough, and sitting in a super wet and soggy box. Plus, they forgot the roll. My salad also must have sat out the whole time as well, since it was also warm. Even the dressing was above room temperature. Not very pleased with the quality, which is a shame as it looked like it would have been good when it was first made; now it’s just blah.

The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because of the driver he was very respectful. Asked for light sauce didn’t get that and cheese is slid all to one side. Will not be ordered from them again
