This was just a mall pizza slice that was neither bad nor special. What made/makes the difference are employees. Tonight November 26th right before close we had to have got one of their best. He was polite and friendly with the kids. Suggested meal deals and simply went above and beyond in his job. Thank you.

I gave it 1 star because I can’t give it any less. Milanos pizza at chapel hills mall is nasty. The food is dry, pizzas are undercooked and thick. It looks like they weren’t even put in the oven. Their customer service is nasty too.they don’t even use gloves when handling food. I’ll never forget the disgusting stuff I saw today and will never be eating there again.

I was surprised to see so many bad reviews! Maybe they got a new cook or something, but we got a 14″ hawaiian pizza from them for our family today, and it was one of the best pizzas we’ve had in town. It was fresh, the cheese was gooey, and the crust was flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. Yes, you do have to wait a little while to get a whole pizza (maybe 15 min?), but it is worth it. This might be our new regular pizza place.

Got Stromboli from them but when I try to eat it was soggy…The lady didn’t even toss it in the oven to make it crispy…she literally microwaved the food infront of me…Citadel Milano’s Pizza is far better than in here…even they charge for ranch…Not eating from here any more….

We stopped here today and got overcharged by $5. I was told the menu is not updated to reflect the current pricing. I asked for a refund to match the prices on their DIGITAL menu, which they can update easily, and they refused. The menu said $3.95 for fruit. I was charged $7.95! They can’t just defraud people. They called security on me when I informed other guests in line. I was not given a total when I checked out, I didn’t notice til I already paid.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE. A guy with glasses was being absolutely terrible he had an attitude with EVERYONE I only got a side of fries and a piece of cake AND was 15$ which is absolutely outrageous in my opinion. he also acted like I ordered 5 pieces of pizza.

wasnt sure what to get- the two kind & charismatic gentleman working sold me on what they promised to be a delicious philly steak sandwich. They did not disappoint!!! The sandwich was so so delicious!!! and i cant stop thinking about how nice they were:) yummy
