We’ve visited this Malaysian restaurant a couple of times. Our order comes out in no time. We ordered gado gado salad (6/10) which we will skip next time. All the ingredients are raw veggies, instead of a mixed of steamed / blanched + raw. The peanut sauce does not taste like freshly ground peanuts, it’s a bit too sweet. The Nasi Lemak is quite good (7/10) with tender beef rendang, fried anchovies, peanuts and cucumbers. The sambal chili is also too sweet and not spicy. The chicken satay (7/10) is moist but lacking a good peanut sauce and fried shallots. The Roti Chennai is actually the best dish (9/10), nice and hot, with beautiful curry sauce. The pulled tea / teh tarik (6/10) is not strong enough. With the grass jelly it tastes like regular boba milk tea. The previous time we ordered the “Chinese” dishes (BBQ Pork etc, noodles etc) we liked it better.

My husband came here for a late lunch after leaving Disneyland early and glad this location was close and convenient. Parking was easy in the large free lot.

It looks like a hole in the wall inside which means the food will be good because they’re not trying to dress things up.

Starting with Malaysian roti canai with chicken curry sauce – the curry actually had some pieces of meat in it and the roti was so flakey buttery and tasty

Half and half pork belly with rice – the crispy pork belly was our favorite and if we could do over, we would get all crispy. The roast pork was ordinary.

Stir fried char kwey teow rice noodles – this did not stand out in flavor or texture. It tastes like any other stir fried flat noodles with a soy sauce / oyster sauce base.

Prices were fantastic and we would come back to get the roti again and try other dishes.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The food is awesome, customer service is awesome and the staff will introduce and teach ukulele. They have a jam on Sundays 2pm – 4pm. Don’t know how to play, come out, you will when they give you a sorry lesson!

This place is soulful, comforting and down right delicious!

The roti and curry to dip in is a must. The roti comes out hot, crispy and tender at the same time. The curry to dip in is deep and full of flavor.

The crispy pork and char siu with dry noodle is a definite must if it’s your first time. Char siu is delicious! Meaty and just the right amount of fattiness! The crispy pork makes me want to break out in song! The skin a glass shattering crispy! The meat is savory with just the right amount of 5 spice. Three broth it comes with can stand on it’s own! I can live off this broth.

The laksa noodles are rich, comforting and full of flavor! All the other dishes were ordered by my family. I tasted the dishes and they were all exceptional!

The staff is great! Attentive and friendly! The owners came around to talk to us and ask what we thought of the food. Their culture and love of what they do comes through the food and the way they treat their customers.

Amazing service.
We mentioned that we didn’t really like the salad dressing, and they were so kind — they mixed the salad again and added extra ingredients to make it better for us. Later, the chef even came out to ask what we thought and told us he made it especially for us.

Such a personal and thoughtful experience.

The food was very delicious. We really love the curry laksa and crispy skin roast pork noodle. It’s very authentic Malaysian cuisine. We’ve been here multiple times and would still go back.

First time visit to Seasons Kitchen to try authentic Malaysian food so we didn’t know what to expect except for what we read from the reviews online. We just knew we were in for a treat. We ordered several different things, including Roti Canai, Nasi Lemak Beef Rendang, and Kaya Toast. Everything was absolutely incredible and the flavors were strong and bold and basically just an explosion on your taste buds. The Hainan Chicken was fall off the bone tender and the broth was so flavorful and comforting. This is probably the best Malaysian restaurant in Orange County.

As a Malaysian, this is one of the best, if not the best Malaysian food I’ve had away from home. I haven’t been home in years and the food I ordered hit home in all the right places.

We ordered char kuey teow, crispy skin pork belly with egg noodles, roti canai with chicken curry, and roti kaya. My pictures do not do the food justice. They taste wayyy better than they look.

The char kuey teow has the wok hei (breath of wok) flavor I was looking for. It’s even better than some of the vendors in KL! Perfect amount of flavor. Bonus points for the crispy pork pieces and Chinese sausage they added!

The crispy skin pork belly with egg noodles was again very well done. Perfect amount of sauce like they make it in KL. They made it dark and savoury, just the way I like it. The pork belly had actual lean meat on them, barely any fat – just the way I like it too. I just wished I ordered won tons to go with it – but this is my bad.

The chicken curry that came with the roti canai is PERFECT. You can’t find Malaysian chicken curry that tastes like home anywhere else. I even had some of it with the egg noodles / won ton mee haha. The chicken was tender with no tendons and the curry was bursting with flavor. The roti canai, needless to say, is so crispy. They absolutely nailed it!

The roti kaya was put on top of roti canai. I’ve never had kaya with crushed peanuts and coconut shreds before and I was mind blown.

The owners heard it was my birthday and gave us a free angku kueh. Definitely made with a lot of love – it had the perfect thickness ratio of rice cake to filling.

Thank you for making me feel at home on my birthday! It was also my boyfriend’s second time trying Malaysian food and he absolutely LOVED it! He didn’t quite like it the first time but that restaurant didn’t quite make it right. Thank you again. We will definitely be back.

Still a very staple of malaysian food when we’re in the mood for it! Service is great as usual and so are the staff! The owners are still just as friendly so it’s a little sad that I saw they have plans of selling and retiring. I’m glad they can plan to retire but hope this place stays cause food is great and so it the service!

Delicious food though the laksa curry was a bit bland and I prefer beef rendang from medan kitchen but still overall the nasi goreng and kweitiau made for a satisfying meal
