Went in for some chicken noodle soup after a fast for a test. They had a sign that read 16oz for $3.?? and 32oz for $5.??. I only saw 16oz and 12oz containers so asked the attendant if I was supposed to do 2 16oz for the 32oz. I asked for more 16oz containers as there was only one and she brought them. She said they consider the 16oz to be 32oz. I thought she must be mistaken. Decided on 16oz and went to the cashier (same person I’d talk to). She rang up a 32oz soup. I argued that it was clearly only a 16oz container. We went and looked at the sign. She rang me up as a 16oz soup. Do they really expect people not to know the difference between a pint and a quart? And why the 12oz containers? They are clearly marked on the bottom with the ounces. So I guess, pay attention when your buying your soup. And management needs to clear this travesty up.
