The food didn’t meet our expectations. After all, the menu stated “Michelin 2025”. Among the dishes we ordered, the steak was relatively the most delicious, and the pasta was also good. The scallops in the appetizer were delicious, and the beef in the main course was also very tasty. The black truffle chicken I ordered had no taste inside and the sauce on the outside was not enough. I didn’t finish this dish. The mushrooms in the side dish were a bit too salty. The quality of the other dishes was just average. Their service awareness was more prominent than the quality of the dishes. I think the quality of the dishes could be improved a bit.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. Brad was a very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient waiter, I wanted for nothing. Chef Tom in the kitchen was an experience itself!! I stay in hotels over 200 nights a year, Marriott ambassador status… this is hands down the best hotel restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of dining in. Marriott has a hidden gem here. 100000/10 recommend. Can’t wait to come back for pleasure and bring my family.

Sear + Salt Woodfire Grill delivered a true 5-star Michelin experience. Although my table wasn’t ready right away, the manager immediately made it right by buying me a drink at the bar—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the evening. I started with the Elite Fashion cocktail, followed by pan-seared scallops, the truffle & foie heritage chicken, and a side of Brussels sprouts. Every dish was presented beautifully and cooked to absolute perfection. The flavors, textures, and attention to detail were all top-notch. This is a place where both the food and the service elevate the entire dining experience. Recommend.

My steak was cooked to perfection, with a beautiful woodfire sear that added incredible flavor to the cut. The side dishes were generous in portion and perfect for sharing. While the menu is on the pricier side, the quality of the food and service makes it well worth the splurge.

We enjoyed Sear & Sea. The sea bass was absolute perfection. The steak was somewhat disappointing in that I expected it to melt in my mouth—not so much. Mushrooms were too earthy for my palette. Brussels sprouts were good. Lobster bisque and oysters were amazing. Overall a good experience but below the mark of what to expect from a Michelin star restaurant.

I was lucky to win a Thanksgiving dinner here with 3 courses with starter and main course to choose from two options, we were party of two so we just got different dishes to try everything.
We were sitting on the terrace, the weather was not pretty warm but they have heaters outside which helped a lot. Everything was divine delicious but the lamb was to die for, me and my husband will dream of that dish!!! The staff was warm and welcoming, I had Nikki as a server and she was awesome: attentive, funny and kind 🙂 It was our first time in a restaurant and we’ll definitely come back just for that lamb haha

The service here was excellent. The staff are all superb. I started with a Mezcal old fashioned- delicious and perfectly blended. My main meal included branzino with a side of truffle fries and brussels sprouts. Everything tastes delicious with the perfect amount of seasoning and flavor.

The best steak I ever had. Brad was fantastic. From the moment we sat down, he was so hospitable and so informative about the menu . His expertise about the wine and the menu was awesome. The buratta salad was amazing but the star of the evening was my 16 ounce wagyu ribeye. Cooked to perfection and the flavor was off the charts . He even sent me over a side of chimichurri so I could taste it . We were too stuffed to order dessert but Brad surprised us with a piece of mascarpone cheesecake to take home with us! Great service, great food. We will be back!
