I’m updating my review after being contacted by Marcus Ryals, the new area director, who personally reached out to address my concerns. I’ve since learned that the woman I initially spoke with was not actually a manager, despite claiming to be. The actual manager, whose name I believe is Heather, has been fantastic, and her professionalism gives me confidence in giving this location another chance.
I’d also like to praise the new assistant manager, I believe her name is Shannon, for her excellent customer service. During a previous visit, I had an unrelated issue with a mobile order, and she handled it promptly and respectfully. She wasn’t the assistant manager at that time, so her going above and beyond for me proves she really deserved her promotion.
Thanks to Marcus, Heather, and Shannon, I feel much more positive about returning.

Yes I ordered a pizza this morning well mid-morning. And at first they tried to tell me y’all didn’t deliver here at my address and I knew they were lying. It’s like I told him I know you deliver here because my wife has pizzas delivered all the time. So I give him my wife’s phone number instead of my phone number, so they found it.then they still put down wrong address for the door dash lady. So the doordash lady called me and asked me where I was at on main Street. They had my address in front of them. When I call the girl back it was a black girl that answered and was very rude to me and called me a lier and hung up in my face. My wife spent a lot of money there. But if I don’t hear back from anyone I’ll take my business elsewhere I’m sure they’d like to have a faithful customer that comes every week if not twice a week. When I did get my pizza I had to heat it up cuz it done got cold. I think my money should be refund for being called a liar by your employee.not Kool at all.

I’m not a big fan of their food. But my kids like it. My wife likes it as well. They do a good job most of the time with the orders but overall customer interaction with Pizza Hut can be difficult at times. Otherwise if you want a decent pizza this place will most likely satisfy the average consumer.

I’ve always had a really good experience at this Pizza Hut. Ingredients are very good and plenty of them are placed on the pizza. Greeted with a smile and rarely ever have to wait long for the pizza to be ready. We do prefer our pan pizza a little more on the crispy side, which is sometimes overlooked in the request, but it still tastes great.

Being right out of range for Papa John’s and Domino’s, I tend to order pretty frequently from Pizza Hut at this location. This is not bad, considering I do enjoy Pizza Hut’s pizza; however, my experience with their delivery, and even carry out, has gotten progressively worse each time. The last four times I have ordered for delivery, the pizza has arrived no less than 30 minutes over the estimated delivery time, with the worst being over a 2.5 hour wait with an estimated time of only 50 minutes. In their defense, when I have called to check on the orders, I have always spoken to someone who was patient and helpful and apologetic; and the drivers have always been professional and courteous. I will continue to eat there, partially due to the lack of other options here, but I would like to see things improve quite a bit.
