After 20 years of restaurant experience in upscale Italian cuisine restaurants, Dimora, Primavera Kenny and Gino have ventured into New Jersery to create their latest concept Searhouse. Not only does Searhouse serve phenomenal porterhouse steak (for one, two, three or more & fresh seafood) but the atmosphere, expanded menu, service and accessibility of this location is appealing to the most exciting dinners. Located in Bergen County NJ, Searhouse is splendidly situated in the former Peking Duck restaurant. The building is a historical landmark unto itself with high ceilings, excellent wood craft through (walnut burl and mahogany), the restaurant design and architecture is absolutely stunning.

Nice place for a private baby shower party. The food was amazing especially the filet mignon dish cooked perfectly at medium rare. Awesome and delicious seafood. Spectacular steaks and staff who provided a great atmosphere. Will definitely come back one day.

I recently visited this lovely restaurant along with friends. The atmosphere was great along with professional staff and delicious food. We ordered steaks, pasta and side dishes. The onion rings were too oily and the ice tea that I got did not taste good at all. However the pasta and steak were on point.

Excellent place with great staff along with delicious food & drinks. I think I might have had the best ribeye I’ve ever had from a restaurant here. It has extreme marbling and was on par similar to some American wagyu. Cooked perfectly to medium rare and seasoned properly. The tuna was good too and presentation was on point. The bar made really good drinks and had a good selection. We were here attending a wedding banquet and the staff was wonderful throughout and very accommodating.

Attended an event here. We lost missed the place as from the way we were coming we only saw construction. Place has work being done. Painters were painting the stairway high and ceiling. Place was cozy, yet some cleaning would be good – possibly from renovation – but dust was hanging from the vents. The food was very good. Service was good as well. Place has a big potential. Just finish construction upgrades and clean it up, and it is a place to be.

Terrible service, waiter never came back to our table to ask if we needed anything. Basically received our first drinks and meal and never saw another employee the whole night until I waved down a bus boy to get us a waiter. Then we were told our waiter left for the night. I still tried to order another drink from the new waitress but received a completely different drink than what I asked for. To finish off the night we were given the check without asking for it. No one in our group will be returning to this establishment and I wish I didn’t waste my money here.

Our reservation was 6:30p and when we checked the menu they have a $39.95 3 course menu between 5 to 6:30 and even we’re 5 minutes over we talked to the manager and still give us the price fix dinner. I ordered the house salad and salmon which was delicious and good portion. My wife ordered onion soup and the steak both are also very good. Their staff are all friendly and they have valet parking.

I visited this place a while ago with a few of my friends and our experience was decent. The appetizers were all good including the tuna tartare but the steak we ordered was a little cold. The service was great which was expected for a steak house of this quality but overall a good experience.

A wonderful place for big occasions like anniversary or date nights. Visually their dishes are stunning, taste wise outstanding. Surf and turf is very fulfilling. We had a delightful anniversary dinner.

Lunch with the team after a 5 hour hike! We had a big appetite and sear house was great! I had the Tomahawk for two by myself and it was cooked perfectly rare. I’ll be back here for sure!
