I am a big fan of Lima’s Five Guys Restaurant on Elida Rd. The burgers and fries are the best around in my opinion. Everything is made fresh by the Five Guys team. Patrons can enjoy peanuts in the shell while they wait on their food if one desires. The team has your food ready promptly and the establishment is very clean. I want to give a special shout out to Olivia who has been our hostess/cashier several times. She always has a lovely smile and is so friendly when taking one’s order. It is refreshing to visit a fast food establishment that has superior food,, prompt, friendly service from the cooks, and a pleasant smiling hostess/cashier who makes a customer feel appreciated and even says thank you!! Love this place. I got a double patty and didn’t order it that way for the second time. Maybe they come that way ? Is course this included a ” little fry which was a double order I could not finish. Everything was hot and fresh. It is a little pricey though. $15 for the cheeseburger and fries.

Menu was confusing. Ordered a Cheeseburger. I found out that was a double patty, had to get the small burger for a single. Ordered onion and jalapeños. Jalapeños were fresh cut. Onions, way to many, over powered the burger. Fries well seasoned but were very greasy.

Best burger/fries I have had from takeout. I used to get mine from the place with the little red haired pigtails girl but in recent times they are not good. Thanks for making such good burgers. I will be back.

Good food & service. A little burger is 1 patty a regular is 2 they are good size burgers so a little will fill you up. We usually get ours all the way toppings. Bottom bun gets a little soft so we turn ours over to eat. The fry orders are big as well. Oh yea almost forgot peanuts to she’ll if you want.

Burgers taste delicious! Fries are overflowing and tastee, add a splash of vinegar, and now you’re talking. Facilities are clean, and employees are competent, BUT their prices are crazy…the reason for 4 stars. Sorry, I know this is the trend, but these prices are outrageous. Their small burger is like $8!!!!! WHAT!?!?! They need to figure out, along with every other ff joint, how to control these prices, or they won’t keep their doors opened.
