Went for our anniversary dinner and it was absolutely amazing! It was nice quiet and the food was absolutely amazing! Out server was Justin and he made sure to answer any questions we had and made sure we were well taken care of. I had the chefs favorite fried fish, husband had the steak and we had the bacon wrapped scallops for an app and the chocolate creme brulee for dessert. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Our goal in Fort Walton was to get at least one surf and turf dinner. At Sealand, we were able to make it happen. This restaurant is in a pretty easy-to-miss building and doesn’t appear like a fine dining establishment on the outside. However, on the inside it is definitely a fine dining restaurant. The area inside is very small, and for the majority of the time we were the only customers in there. The food is SO good that the restaurant definitely deserves more attention. We started our meal off with the fried baby lobster tails (absolutely delicious) and then for our entrees we shared three items: 8 oz ribeye, fish of the day (trigger fish), and the grilled rack of lamb. Each of these items were absolutely delicious. I had a side dish of pasta (felt like I had to try it since pasta is in the name of the restaurant) and enjoyed it as well. This was by far the best meal we had on our trip. You also HAVE to try the coconut cake and the homemade ice cream. There wasn’t a single weak point in this meal and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area. Our waiter was super knowledgeable and made sure we had a great experience. Prices were comparable to other seafood places around the town. I know we’ll be coming back!

Went here on Feb 14,2026 for valentines arrived 7:26 pm for our 7:30 reservation
Waited 15 mins to be seated which was fine . When it was 9:45 pm ( 3 hrs 15 mins ) later still no food . Persons who came in half an hour after us got their meals ate , paid their cheque and left . Asked for the manager ( he said that’s me , well we have only 2 servers we can’t do anything ) he offered to check on the food and said the chicken was being fried ( this after ordering it more than 2 hours ago ) he dismissed us with a distasteful attitude and no urgency to actually make us feel like we still wanted to wait . No sincere apology . No etiquette , no redress . We left and paid for the drinks and an appetizer . I won’t lie I also felt like it was racial discrimination. As other persons who were white was being attended to and checked upon and being served . While we were placed in the back where no server seemed to even know we were back there. It was over an hour we waited before a server came to the table and I had to go back to the. Host to let them know not even our drink order was even taken . Ambiance was nice , everything else was -0/10

I must say never judge a book by it’s cover. This restaurant was a great last minute choice to go for by friend’s birthday. Since we didn’t have a reservation I was a little concerned but we were able to be seated right away. The food was awesome except for the bacon wrapped scallops. They were still good but a little tough and the Caesar salad was so huge and my first time with having bacon on it. Then the jazz music that was played really set the ambiance of the place. Overall I think it was a better choice than the restaurant that I had picked out to celebrate her birthday.

I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Sealand Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach during their busy season. To avoid any wait, I highly recommend making a reservation beforehand. The food here is truly fantastic! As a meat lover, I couldn’t get enough of their delicious veal chop, and the clams pasta was an absolute delight for a seafood and noodle lover like me. I wish I could have eaten a second plate—it was that good!

The fact that both entrees come with a house salad and the option to choose your dressing is a nice touch. We opted for the blue cheese dressing, which was a fantastic start to our meal. The location is great, and the service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning soon to explore more of their enticing dishes. To complement our meal, we enjoyed a glass of Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon red wine, which added a perfect touch to the entire dining experience.

Overall, Sealand Restaurant left a lasting impression, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back for more culinary delights! ️

We had reservations at 8:30 p.m. and finally were able to be sat down after waiting for over an hour. We waited just to get our salad for another hour. They kept saying they were short handed but people who came in after had already been sat down, ate, and left. When we told the waiter to cancel our order he was rude. Will not be back. Drove two hours to eat for Valentine’s Day and by the time we left everything was closed. Another couple was sitting beside us and had been there for a little over three hours trying to wait it out. Ridiculous!!!! Then for YOU TO BE RUDE when we want to leave!!! Absolutely NOT!!!

We looked on line and found this place. The hotel said the prime rib is very good.
The 14oz was perfect..cooked medium well like I like it. Pink inside. Great flavor. One of the best prime rib I’ve had. The linguini with clams was awesome too. The French onion soup was close to Macy’s onion soup years ago. The Ceasars salad with the homemade dressing was really good. And last but not least, the dessert was awesome. Even the fresh roses on the table were beautiful. Our waiter was very good.

The exterior doesn’t do it justice. The food and service is exceptional. On par with places in Boston and NY.

We are locals and had no idea this place existed! It’s a quiet place to sit down and enjoy top notch food. So many options to choose from and they are ALL good. We had a very great waiter, Justin. He was very informative and knew the menu well. Very attentive and kind. We will definitely be frequenting this place from now on! 10/10

Food overall was pretty good. Filet mignon was lacking in flavor. Mozzarella sticks were amazing! Waiter and staff very attentive. Took 2 stars from service as at the end the waiter made a remark that left us with a bad taste in our mouth. We made it known it was our first time there and he tried to assist us but at the end when looking over the dessert menu I noticed the crème brûlée sampler. I knew we wouldn’t like the ginger so asked if we could have another vanilla in place of the ginger. Instead of a simple no. He laughed loudly stating “Ha, no. You can’t just mix and match.” It made us feel as though he went out of his way to make us feel stupid about asking a simple question. I did get the chocolate crème brûlée – it was okay.
