We have always loved Chicken Salad Chick. The food is always fresh and delicious. However today after we ate lunch my husband needed the restroom and when he asked where it was he was looked up and down and asked if he was going to purchase anything. He explained he already had. He did not receive an apology. Not everyone that asks to use the restroom is homeless.

Our very first visit to the Chicken Salad Chick cafe on E Fowler in Tampa was fantastic!! We ordered “The Chick” croissant which was delicious!! Seth waited on us and was excellent! The variety of chicken salad sandwiches is fun and baked goods were yummy! What a neat concept! The decor was adorable and we were also able to eat outside under cover. Would definitely recommend this sweet lunch spot or takeout for any occasion!

Will be going to elsewhere from now on after choosing to not do the right thing for the customer. You could have just replaced the cake and not had a person our if surgery drive almost there. Shouldn’t be serving old cake to begin with. Restaurants are closing left and right, you’d think doing the right thing would be at the top of your menu, but unfortunately its not. Jack, thank you for nothing. I will never return.

Cozy restaurant with a homey vibe. Table cloths and a few pieces of furniture. But the place is all about the Chicken Salad. Different flavors from original to spicy. I had a tasty BLT and the wife a salad with a scoop on top. Everything was delicious. Place is clean, service was quick.

I had the pimento sandwich with a grape salad. The sandwich was a tad on the dry side. My drink, sweet tea, and lemonade helped to wash it down. We had to get someone to wipe the table. My wife had tortilla soup and a fancy Nancy scoop. Her scoop was dry, also. My salad tasted good.
