These 2 guys are TOP SHELF!
Had clam chowder, crab cocktail and cold lobster roll sandwich, all were top notch, portions were small and prices were high (excellent for the pallet but not the wallet). One of the best chowders in Northern California. Owner was there and very friendly and personable. Service was fast.
Fresh ingredients, perfect seasoning, and very light on oil. Not mentioning their beautiful views! You can sit for hours there and enjoy the view.
The only potential improvement is remodeling their restrooms or at least install bath accessories that work!
Food and wine recommendation was excellent. We totally enjoyed all the dishes and the wine.
Oysters were fresh and the scampi with risotto and arugula salad was so… delicious. The mixed appetizer was yummy too!
Are you serious?!! My husband had the clam chowder and he said it was flavorful, but the consistency was watery. He also had the salmon and vegetables. He said the salmon and the sauce was good, but the vegetables tasted like frozen vegies you would get from the grocery store. I had the fried prawns w/fries and cold slaw. The prawns were DEEP FRIED w/too much batter. My fries were over cooked and cold. The cold slaw just should’ve been called slaw. No flavor at all!!
This restaurant seems to be terribly overrated because the prices do not match the quality of food.
Sorry, but I wouldn’t dine here again.
