The customer service was decent, the food has the flavor just like the one on 23rd. But my food got cold too fast. Five minutes after my meal was brought out my crab legs were ice cold. I wouldn’t recommend this seafood party. I will definitely recommend the one on 23rd.

I’m very disappointed:/ We arrived and waited 10 mins to be seated which is pretty typical especially on Valentine’s Day. After we got seated we placed our order for an appetizer and one seafood bag. 15-20 mins later we got our appetizer, and 1hr and 30mins later, still no food. We ended up leaving and paying at the front and they still had the audacity to try and charge us for the seafood bag we NEVER received. Yup we NEVER got our food. I paid for our drinks and appetizers but I honestly shouldn’t have. It was ridiculous seeing others who were seated after us (bigger tables btw) get their food before us. Never going back again.

We were seated promptly upon arrival and placed our order within about five minutes. Approximately ten minutes later, we received our appetizer (edamame). However, after waiting for over an hour, we noticed that other tables — including guests who arrived after us — had already received their meals. For context, we had only ordered the snow crab combo.
Due to the extended wait and lack of communication, we made the decision to pay for our drinks and appetizer and leave. When we requested the bill, we were initially charged for the full meal, including the entrée that was never served. It appeared there may have been some confusion or oversight regarding our order, but the staff did correct the bill after we brought it to their attention.
While this may have been an isolated incident, it was very disappointing to wait such a long time without receiving our food. I hope this feedback helps improve service and communication in the future.

I really enjoy their boil. I usually build my own boil bag. My favorite ingredients are crab legs, black mussels, sausage, shrimp, corn, and broccoli. You can pick if you want 1/2 or a whole pound of ingredient. You can pick between 3 sauces and 3 levels of spiciness. I like that you get a bib and all the tools you could think of to Crack open your crab legs.
We have been going to one of their locations for years. There is another restaurant off of Classen that is equally good.
Both locations let you write on their walls. Lots of people write their name or some message on the wooden walls and it is fun to look around while you are waiting for your food to be prepared.

Nothing to brag or boost about, didn’t even bother to finish the fried shrimp basket. Seasoning was good but service was not there at all. Restaurant was not even busy, waitress took our order and brought out the food. That was it, no drink refills or anything. Next time we saw her was when she brought out the check.

The food here was good!! The prices were great and the food came out quickly. For appetizer we got calamari, it was good but on the chewier side. For dinner we got the seafood boil and it was hot and fresh! The walls are also super cool, you can sign them with a sharpie. However, our sever wasn’t very kind but it wasn’t bothersome. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Ordered food from here, 2lb Shrimp no head when we got it one the weight was under 2lb it was barely 1.2lb when we got home to weigh it, 2ndly when eating the shrimp we found roughly over 8+ shrimps that the texture was off and was Mushy like paste and the shrimp that didnt have a bad texture you can taste the freezer burn on it. will def not eat here again.

READ TERRIBLE REVIEWS FIRST! I hate that I didn’t! Not pleased with the fried food that I received. What I ordered was a catfish basket and what I received did not look nor taste like catfish. The woman who took the order came to the table and she said it was. They only have two types of fish and she’s trying to explain how the other fish is even thinner than what I have so I’m wrong. I ask for a manager and there is no one available. I will not eat here again.

The Hawaiian sushi was absolutely delicious at first it was alittle weird but after a second piece it was just perfect. The fried shrimp was good but I feel like the Cajun fries needed more Cajun seasoning. The beef stir-fry noodles were also really good but I was upset with the beef itself it tasted like cutoffs or bad choices of meat, each peice was just extremely chewy and fatty not any real beef but I know alot of people like that so it’s mainly to preference. I feel like the ice cream could have used a 3rd scoop but for 2.50 I was satisfied with it. I look forward to going back and trying out some of their seafood boil.
