More than accommodating and friendly woman that greeted us as we walked in. We ordered, paid, sat down and in no time at all another woman came out with our plates. The chicken tenders, French fries, and haddock with coleslaw we got were all delicious, perfectly seasoned and breaded, fresh, and hot! Will definitely return when back in the area again!

I’d like to start off by saying I haven’t been to Seafood Express in some years. It was a staple on Fridays growing up as a child. Tonight’s experience makes me think much less of this establishment. I ordered 3 fish sandwich dinners and 1 baked haddock dinner. Once I placed the order the food was ready in about 10 minutes which was great. Picked up my order and headed home. Once I started to unwrap my order to eat I noticed there was no fish sandwiches! I opened my baked haddock to see that the piece of fish was as small as a fish filet from McDonalds! The baked haddock was not seasoned, and the fries were not salted. $18.50 for this dinner in itself. I headed back to the establishment to pick up my fish sandwiches. They apologized, but didn’t offer a discount to the order or a discount for a future order. I was really hoping for a great dinner. When in the restaurant business, customer satisfaction is key to success, and the seafood express has a long way to go.

Ben meaning to try this place for awhile. This appeared to be more of a takeout restaurant. They don’t really have any place to sit and eat right now it seemed. Ordered a pound of scallops and a order of crab bisque. The scallops were cooked well and not over or under done. I was a bit surprised by the crab bisque. It was filled with shredded artificial crab meat. So it wasn’t like your typical crab bisque thick and creamy. Overall the food was good. Will probably pass on the crab bisque next time though.

First time dining here, I am from Florida and was looking for a seafood restaurant in the area. I got 1 lb scallops, coleslaw, & macaroni salad. Portions are very nice ! The scallops were cooked to perfection, the coleslaw and macaroni salad were delicious as well! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I have been vacationing on Owasco Lake for years and have passed this establishment often. Checked their hours , ( note : only open Thursday’s and Fridays now). Got the crabmeat salad and Seafood Bisque. Both were exceptional. The crabmeat was chunky and low Mayo which is huge for me. The soup was delicious with lots of seafood and was savory. The gal working the front was pleasant and polite. The only negative is the limited dsys open. The food though was terrific. It appears takeout only.

Food is exceptionally delicious and fresh. Staff is exceptionally helpful when making a decision about your dinner. Even though it had been many weeks since I was last here it was nice that the staff recognized me and called me by name. There was of course a plethora of choices and different ways to have your Seafood prepared, but there were also choices of non-seafood items. Just in case your dinner guest or family member or like me, your grandchild is finicky.
