Take a listen to the song “Rubber Biscuit” by the Blues Brothers if you’d like to hear a fun description of the sandwich I received. They call it a WISH sandwich. It’s when you have two slices of bread and you WISH you had some meat.
My wife and I were on a getaway last week and wanted to grab something fast so we could spend some time at the pool before getting ready for dinner with friends, so we thought, Jimmy John’s! I ordered my usual #7 (Spicy East Coast Italian – Featuring DOUBLE MEAT) and when we drove back to our b&b, I took one bite and immediately realized something was missing… THE MEAT!!!! We went back and I was super calm about it. I just said “Hey! I think you were a little TOO freaky fast with this one. You forgot the meat. Lol” They made me a new sandwich, but offered absolutely nothing to make it right.
There were literally four dudes in the assembly line, but not a single one was able to spot that they missed the main ingredient of the sandwich.
Unfortunately, when we return to this area, we will NOT be going to this location. Terrible service. If you make a mistake, which everyone does, make it right.

Either not ready for black Friday business or just not that good of service idk but to wait over a hour for a sub and side on delivery is outstanding what happened to freaky fast food. And at this point of posting still havent received my order yet.

Walked in and ordered a chicken Caesar wrap specifically asked for no cheese and no cucumbers. When I got it, it had cheese and no cucumbers. It’s frustrating when people don’t listen to simple instructions, and then act annoyed when you bring it back for them to fix it.

This Jimmy John’s is by far the BEST ever!!! We order regularly for our office, and it’s always fast and awesome. The one time we had a small misunderstanding, the manager Tyler handled everything with the utmost care and professionalism. We adore ALL of the delivery drivers, but Bryan deserves a extra big shout out. He is ALWAYS so cheerful and outgoing. He remembers all of us and never fails to leave us with a smile. Today, they even drew pictures for us on our sandwiches!! Keep up the awesomeness, we’ll never switch!!

order a sub on wheat. what kind of sub place doesn’t have wheat sub bread? i just payed over 9 dollars for a stupid sandwich. got regular wheat from a loaf of bread. small soggy and disgusting. absolutely ridiculous.

My wife and I ordered sandwiches to go. When we got home we discovered the beach club my wife ordered had NO MEAT. Nowhere on the receipt did it mention no meat for her sandwich nor was it what she ordered. Literally a cheese and veggie sandwich. Pretty pissed, especially for the price paid.

Hostesses were terrible. All three on their phones not wanting to seat people. My husband couldn’t eat his chicken. Mixed with something not good. The waitress was wonderful!

Had a great experience today! Walked in to order my usual (number 12 with no cucumbers and cookies) and was immediately recognized by the man at the register as a regular (maybe I’m going too often haha)! The kind lady behind him was incredibly cheerful and made my sandwich freaky fast!!! I’m not sure but I think he called her Kelly. Store might not have been sparklingly clean but the people are great and they’ve got that freaky fast mentality!!!!
