Hold onto your wallet here! Make sure you ask your server what costs extra, because it seems just about everything has an upcharge to it. If you opt for the hashbrowns, you are offered toppings for it, but they don’t tell you the cheese ($1.29), onions ($.99) and peppers ($.99) are actually all upcharges – not just the server trying to make it tastier for you. I asked for a blueberry pancake as a substitute for the bread with my omelet. I wasn’t told there are no substitutions, nor that the one pancake was $2.99 and the 7 blueberries in it cost $1.99! And the ham & cheese omelet turned out to be ‘cheese & ham’ – ham just at each end, nothing but cheese in the middle.

I had the Egg White omelet! It was so yummy! It came out fast and hot. The coffee setup is amazing! You can endless coffee and choose your own mug. Such a cute spot and waitresses there are nice and accommodating! I would definitely be coming back. They had so many yummy foods on the menus

I love this place! The eggs Benedict’s are great and very filling. I had the Kali Love and my girl had the veggie but added ham to it. Super delicious!!!! They have a great selection of hot sauces. As a fan of extreme hot sauces, my favorite was the Satans Blood. It’s in the think long necked bottle as seen in my photos. When I say hot, I mean you only need two to three drops for an entire omelet. But I digress. Any thing you order here will be good. The wait is worth it. Plus, if you like coffee, they a self serve coffee bar with a variety of coffees while you wait.

Do not look at the menu online. They no longer have many items listed there, even though all of the photos on the walls are of the food you can no longer order. However, once we made alternate choices, the food was really good. The counter girl needs to work on her customer engagement by being welcoming. She seems more interested in getting back to her texting than making sure the customers are comfortable. Usually, I would say guests, but we felt very much like customers.

Great place to eat breakfast or lunch. Food is fresh and taste wonderful. Portion are very good. Hot food is hot and cold food is cold. They also have a coffee bar and it’s awesome. The staff are professional, friendly and attentive. There is handicap parking and access. The men and women restrooms are very clean.

I can’t wait to try this place when I get to eat here. We waited 15 minutes (totally reasonable Sunday after church). Looking at the menu, I realized all the kids meals are $8.99 which includes a beverage, but not a premium beverage. Milk is a premium beverage and a couple dollars for a small and 3 something for a large. My girls were brought two large milks (not asked if they wanted large or small?). I ordered coffee, only to realize that my endless coffee was from a coffee bar. $3.79 for a cup of coffee. What kind of sit down restaurant doesn’t offer endless coffee anyway? The server came to take our order, to let us know they were out of biscuits, hash browns, corned beef hash and bacon. There’s like, 2 places in New Bern to even get corned beef hash and this is one of them. I really wanted to try it. The server was super gracious and understanding, letting us know that she totally understood if we didn’t want to stay, which we didn’t. She gave us the milks on the house which was kind and we tipped $5 anyway, but left and went to Baker’s Kitchen. The server did have a good explanation on the fact that Friday had been Saint Patrick’s Day and they sold a lot of corned beef hash then, but to run out of hash browns, bacon and biscuits?

I couldn’t finish because it’s a LOOOT for 5′ 2″ lady like me and I’m sad about it (of course, I meant in a good way!) I took out the rest. $11 for three blueberry panckaes but I am happy with what I paid for!! It was delicious, wish they had more servers because the server was so busy alone at peak hour.
