Stopped for lunch and had an awesome experience. We ordered the Bison Burger and the Cheesesteak, both were absolutely delicious. The Bison Burger was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, and the Cheesesteak was hearty, cheesy, and hit the spot. The interior is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming vibe that made the whole meal even better. Great food, great atmosphere, highly recommend if you’re in the area! Will definitely be back.

Exceptionally good customer service from Mike working the bar. From Louisiana so we are known for our food. The blackened haddock was kickin. Hazel Nut porter was really good aswell. Awesome experience at this brewery. Stop in you will be pleased.

We went on a road trip for the day and ended up in Scarborough area for lunch. I love the atmosphere of Sea dog in Bangor so I took my boyfriend for his first experience at this one. We went in and were greeted by the hostess. Very sweet and had a smile on her face. Our waitress had no smile, and seemed annoyed. We ordered and when asking about what ingredients were in a meal she did answer and let me know she would make sure it wasn’t contaminated. Our food came and it was delicious!!! The atmosphere was okay. The waitresses we saw seemed annoyed; no smiles, arms crossed, very short answers. The only workers who seemed happy were the hostess and the bar tender. Other than staff looking annoyed it was a very good experience. We will be heading back that way when we have time.

We visited Sea Dog Brew Pub on a Wednesday evening with our family of four. We were seated right away, even though the restaurant was busy. Our server was new, but he was very friendly and attentive. He took our drink orders and brought us our menus.
We decided to order a variety of dishes to share. My wife ordered the Beyond Burger, which she said was very good. I had the Sea Dog Stacker, which was a large burger with bacon, cheese, and grilled onions. The burger was good, but the bun was a bit bland. Our children ordered chicken tenders and the kids burger, which they ate all of.
Overall, we had a good experience at Sea Dog Brew Pub. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

Had a date night with the hubs and had ourselves some yummy drinks and food. Best part? They have so many options for gluten free folks that I was able to get my burger with a gf bun. It was absolutely delish and cooked perfectly. Cole slaw was good but could use less mayo. They also give you 2 napkins rolled up with your silverware which I think is such a good idea. Our server, Joshua J, was such a nice guy, delivered our food and drinks fast and was so low key pleasant. We hadn’t been to the Scarborough spot yet and loved the renovation since it was Famous Dave’s. What a great night out!

Have always enjoyed dining at their many locations but it seems some of the menu items that have changed are not great. The fish taco and fish sandwich. Fish is obviously frozen but when baked it is mushy and dry. Sandwich fell apart and the tacos were the blandest taco I have ever eaten. Not sure what the sauce was but it was bland and flavorless. Fish was not seasoned. No citrus or cilantro and seasoning at all. Just bland unseasoned fish, some mayo concoction with no flavor, avacado and pickled onions. Won’t order again.

Don’t set your taste buds on one particular menu item until you confirm with your server it’s available. I wanted the crab cakes special- they were out. Settled for the muscles- I’ve had much better at another chain restaurant. Nothing to brag about, not even the cocktails. Do-able for a lazy zero frills meal. Still disappointed with the lack of availability of the crab cakes.
