What a fun spot on the Little drag here in Georgetown. He did a great job renovating from the brewery to make this a hip restaurant with a really cool atmosphere. Dark mood, lighting, dark ambience, fun, music, and a really nice owner and staff make for a great addition to this Growing restaurant scene in the area. We only tried a couple appetizers and some drinks, but definitely want to come back to try some of the main courses. The lobster lollipops were tasty – a tad too much citrus for my taste but well grilled and presented. Nice beer list and an excellent mix of cocktails and a couple mocktails as well.

All of our friends recommended this place, and it lived up to the hype. The ambiance, music, décor, food, and service were all 10/10. Ben and Michaela were fantastic; genuine, attentive, and their recommendations were spot on.
The carnita tacos were a great starter, the drinks were delicious, and every dish we ordered was excellent. It’s also very kid-friendly, which made dining with our two-year-old easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return

Creative American restaurant offering small shareable plates along with entrees. The lobster lollipop was a dude as was the plain rocket salad. The chicken dumplings were well-prepared and tasty. The sea bass with farro was flavorful due to the farro otherwise it was a boring dish. Service was good, and the staff was very friendly. They serve keg wine which was fresh and easy to drink.

They got it dialed-in in New Canaan, and now Georgetown/Redding reaps the benefits! Cozy elevated small plates that are unpretentious, fresh and delicious. I can highly recommend the local corn salad, cheesesteak with long hots, and the chicken dumplings. And the drink options are as good as the food which signature cocktails, and a small but well curated selection of beers and wines. Oh and the skillet chocolate chip cookie, can’t leave with out one of those…

Great addition to the Georgetown area! We love Uncorked in New Canaan and are so happy one came to Georgetown. Attentive service and nice vibe, but the standouts are the food and drink. They make a great cocktail, and offer solid food and wine selections. The menu is somewhat limited but that’s a strength because everything on the menu is amazing! All four of us shared the cheese curds which were great! My kids had the double smash burger which they devoured while my wife said the salad she had was one of the best ever. Uncorked has always made a great Rigatoni Bolognese which did not disappoint. I’d highly recommend giving SE Uncorked in Georgetown a try!

So glad uncorked decided to open a restaurant in Georgetown. The food is very good and the wait staff is super friendly. I love the ambiance and especially like that the music is at a volume that allows you to enjoy it while not intruding on your dining experience.

We don’t usually write reviews, but this is one of those places that really gets it right, and we felt it was worth sharing.
We’ve been here a handful of times now, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The service is truly phenomenal — warm, attentive, and welcoming without ever feeling overbearing. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the experience they’re creating.
The food and drinks are incredible every time. Place to be.

The food and drinks were tasty and made with care. Probably some of the best wings I’ve had with a nice crisp and great flavor. The smashburger and parmesan fries were top notch and hard to share with my table. I would love to go back and try another delicious meal!
