My girlfriend and I visited from Chicago and came across this place looking for a drink and an appetizer. We got the crab stuffed mushrooms and we can confidently say it was some of the best food we’ve ever had. Zach was our bartender and he was simply incredible. Came back the very next day and ordered crab cakes & the boil. Quite literally our favorite restaurant we’ve ever been to and would recommend this place to anybody for a quick drink / appetizer or a full dinner. Unbelievable experience

shoutout to brad! he always makes sure I get a cold yuengling when I visit! The seafood boils and salads are amazing. I feel they have great piña coladas as well. I love the atmosphere here and if you are lucky, you will be able to eat and see the dolphins swimming! This is a really great, laid-back chill spot perfect for sunsets as it is right next to the beach line. If I recommend to go anywhere in Madeira Beach Florida for food it would be here.

The avocado toast was divine. So many wonderful flavors packed into such a small package. The County Benedict and Chipotle candied bacon was delicious. Great brunch and a wonderful view. We got to watch dolphins swim by as we waited for our food. Cheesy grits were ok.

Sculley’s: A John’s Pass Gem with Fantastic Food and Service!
Our recent visit to Sculley’s Waterfront Restaurant at John’s Pass was nothing short of exceptional, and it’s easily earned a spot as my new favorite spot in the area. From the stunning waterfront views to the incredible food and five-star service, this is a must-visit dining experience.
We came for the great seafood and Sculley’s delivered in spades. I had the Grouper Sandwich, and it was perfectly prepared—flaky, moist, and clearly straight from the boat. My dining companion raved about the Mahi Mahi Tacos, which were seasoned to perfection. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and well-executed, proving this spot knows how to handle seafood.
What truly elevated our lunch though, was our server, Stella. She was an absolute delight—attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic. Stella ensured our drinks were always full and our experience was flawless, all with a fantastic, positive attitude. Her service alone is reason enough to come back!
If you’re looking for fantastic food, a beautiful ambiance, and service that makes you feel like a VIP, head to Sculley’s. Ask for Stella—you won’t be disappointed!
Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Five Stars!)
Highly Recommend: The Grouper Sandwich, the Mahi Mahi Tacos, and asking to be seated in Stella’s section!

We had heard about their great Bloody Marys and especially visited on Sunday morning to try them. We were not disappointed, their selection is outstanding and pricy but when you see what you get, they are well worth it.
We shared a large one. It is a breakfast meal for 2.
We highly recommend you taste one.

Go for the view NOT the food! The food was absolutely disgusting and expensive! Ordered the boneless chicken which tasted like cardboard. It definitely was not chicken. The fries and fried fish were also gross. Everything tasted like it had freezer burn from the frozen section in Walmart but ten times more expensive. Our waitress disappeared for a long time even though it was not busy. She never came back to see how everything was or if we needed anything. I had to get my own extra napkins and ketchup and ask a different waitress for the check. The staff accidentally dropped food on the floor which immediately attracted dirty pigeons under our table. No one stopped to clean up the food even though we were seated by a door with multiple staff members walking in and out by us. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but this was a total waste of my time and money.

A wonderful restaurant on the beachside ! They have outside dock seating , they have outside bar seating and indoor seating as well ! Becareful for the birds haha ! Besides that the food was amazing the grouper and calamari were so fresh and the pairing sauces were great ! The chicken sandwich was delicious! But the best this is had was the bloody Mary seafood boil! I got it switched with a vodka/lemonade but it was still fantastic! Some odd the bets seafood I’ve had! They offered crab , shrimp and more!

The food was so good! We got the catch of the day (swordfish) sandwich, chicken sandwich, garlic fries, Miami Vice and Pineapple Mojito. Portions were large, service was friendly, and sitting out on the pier to eat was so pleasant.

Stunning view here on John’s pass. Food is delicious as well. It’s about $30 pp with food and soda/beer included. Out of all 5 times I’ve been to John’s pass I always see dolphins which is so cool! Highly recommend this establishment as well as John’s pass in general!
