The worker that helped me was extremely rude, almost condescending. When I walked in he looked at me weird and proceed to mosey through the ordering process, whilst being rude. Food was terrible. Only got two pieces of turkey on my turkey Tom, so disappointing look at picture. I’ve had WAY better from this location and in other Jimmy John’s alone. He needs better customer service.. it was astounding. 30.50 for a wrap and a sandwich, not worth it whatsoever. Would’ve rather went to Subway or Jersey Mikes.

Went in with my wife at 7:20pm on 9/3/2025. Worker is insanely rude to both of us, saying they closed the dining room, but open for orders until 9pm(weird), but their oven was off. As we were finishing up our order, the worker answered the phone and went on carrying a conversation about who knows what, while we were still waiting to pay. I didnt think it was possible to have bad service at Jimmy John’s, much less a bad attitude and manners building sandwiches lol. A kiosk would be a better experience than going here.

With no other customers in the place, I stood waiting for almost 10 minutes before my order was taken. I got the Turkey Tom with everything on it, yet it only has lettuce, tomatoes and was not cut. My daughter had the Italian without ham, and of course it had ham on it. It was also not cut. I honestly could have done better at home. Very disappointed ☹️

We had our food delivered. Being that the sandwich’s were almost $20.00 the flavor was not good and the bread was watered down. Also, It was my birthday and I had a promo for a free brownie that I forgot to add to my order. I called and the manager, Caleb, and he had an opportunity to add that for me. He saw it on my account but said that he wouldn’t be able to add it on there. Granted it was my bad for not putting it on the order but it was a missed opportunity to please a customer. So sad!

Uhm… idk who yall have working here tonight but WOW. I went in about an hour or so ago and was met with an incredibly rude cashier. This person has a buzz cut and some sort of caterpillar or bug/tentacle tattoo on their arm just for reference since they didn’t have a name tag or anything. I walked in. Said “Hi” didn’t get a response. Ordered my food. No words. Didn’t even tell me the total or hand me my cup. Just turned around and started making it all aggressively. Then threw my sandwich on the counter and stared at the next person in line until they started ordering just as awkwardly as I did. Look…. I’ve worked in the food industry. I get having a hard day on those shifts….. But it was me and the one other person who walked in behind me, not busy and still an hour or more before closing time….. so I’m not sure what would cause a random person to treat a customer so rudely. Same thing for the person who came in after me. Didn’t breathe a single word. No smile, no totals, no questions, no thank you, no have a good day. Nothing. I wasnt shocked when I came to leave this review that this location is under 4 stars. Bummer. Hire better people. There are plenty of people in need of work that are qualified for this position and can do it with bare minimum respect for customers.

One of the best jj’s in Colorado! I visited here last week to pick up a sandwich as I was headed to Wyoming. I got a giant gargantuan with double meats and extra mayo. The in shops were very helpful and the manager was spot on! As for the sandwich I was able to taste each of the meats in my mouth, I loved having their meats in my mouth especially with the mayo just oozing out! Thank you jimmy John’s of lone tree, especially the manager Grace!

Fast I think not, 1 hour and still Waiting for order….. Lunch break…gone with no lunch…….. Was told when I called the store after 1 hour ” should be there in like 30 more minutes…” (My order showed as delivered on app but it has not be even assigned a driver yet.) called corporate to be told someone from the franchise will call in @24 hours, sorry . JJ has been dropping the ball making Subway look better & better… Think may cut my lose get refund and go to anywhere but here …$40+ for 3 sandwiches and wait well over a hour
