I hired Scratch Kitchen to cater not just my wedding day, but also the rehearsal dinner. They did an incredible job, creating delicious food and presenting the buffet and the staff were very timely and so professional. Scratch Kitchen created two separate dinners so that each night was all new choices and catered to all dietary restrictions easily. I even had a few last minute changes that they took without complaint. It was wonderful to work and easy to communicate with them.

Although my Fiancé and I had to cancel our wedding and was unable to experience the delicious food that Scratch offers, I am wanting to write a review on their graciousness! With our deposit being non-refundable, yet our extremely out-of-our control family circumstances leading to our wedding cancelation–Scratch was still gracious enough to send us even part of our deposit, which just meant the world to my Fiancé and I. They were sweet, understanding, and we appreciated how seamless it was to communicate with them and their punctual response time. Scratch is a great company with great people!

So good. Great mix of flavors, creative and well made! Bbq mango salsa- mmm. Great stop on the way to go fishing, and they give you a good amount of chips with the salsa so it lasts a while. We had fish tacos, barbecoa, and carne asada and all were really good!!

Scratch catered our wedding in June of 2024, and we couldn’t have asked for a better all-around experience. During the planning phase, Rebecca was detailed and very accommodating in helping our dreams come to life, they even created a new appetizer item for us after learning about my husband’s love of dill pickles! During the wedding, the hospitality was top notch – our guests raved about how kind and attentive each member of the team was. The evening came together so seamlessly and we attribute that to the leadership and experience of the amazing women at Scratch. They catered to our guest’s unique dietary restrictions with impressive attention to detail. The food was beautifully served (buffet style), everything at the perfect timing and temp, and SO TASTY!! We wouldn’t have changed a thing and are so grateful that Scratch was a part of our wedding day.

Just had Scratch Kitchen cater our rehearsal dinner for 35+ people in Buena Vista. Food was fabulous, and all the guests were so thrilled to have a great dinner. This event was during a nice snow storm, and they showed up on time and food was hot and ready to eat. We could not have expected more. I would give them 5 stars + any day!
