We were excited to find this food truck concept in Jacksonville. The food was outstanding, so full of flavors and the taste profile made every bite delicious. If given the option to eat a burger at this establishment or fast food which is only slightly less money and full of fats and oils I will take the burgers at Scratch. I can’t wait to try the meat loaf sandwich.

The best option around for clean eating! Everything is homemade, ALL of the meat and dairy are grass fed, the bread is sourdough. AND they have so many gluten free options that you just can’t get anywhere else. But the best part- you can tell they pour love into their food! We will be weekly customers for ever! ❤️
