Chill and Relax restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch and Brunch in Olney, MD. Their dining room is not huge but is enough space for chit-chat of 2-4 groups of people. Cute and lovely decoration. Menu has variety selection, but too bad that they don’t serve handcraft coffee. The food was nice as the standard, but for me a cozy vibe is make it different. Also the staffs are friendly and helpful. Anyway, the restaurant location seem a little confused, hidden inside narrow corner, free parking spaces are available in front of the restaurant but quite limit.

My husband and I had a lovely breakfast at Scratch Kitchen. The warm and inviting environment made for a very comfortable start to our dining experience. It was nice to hear a bit of Frank Sinatra’s “Fly Me To The Moon” and “La Llorona” playing in the background, blending two cultures in one place.

The service was great. The staff treated each guest with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The food was worth the trip. I ordered the Big Scratch Platter with Turkey Bacon and a Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Pancake. My husband chose the Chicken Fajita Omelet. Everything was flavorful and well-cooked.

I’m so glad we stopped by during our trip. We’ll definitely remember this place to visit again on our next trip to Maryland.

My friends and I came here for breakfast. The food was good, the bacon and eggs were cooked to perfection. The coffee was a little light for me, but my friends like it. The restaurant itself is cozy, but extremely limited in space. It was very cramped and few seats/tables. Also it felt a little cold as the dining area was very close to the entrance door. Wait time was anywhere from 15-30mins. Service was good and everyone was friendly.

The service is fantastic always attentive and friendly and the food is excellent. They really stand out from all the other food joints that just do the bare minimum. Try the Pupusas!

As always this place always out performs. Portions are huge! We had the one hand egg sandwich and the turkey and egg melt on croissant. They also have steak tips and eggs, pupusas, pancakes, omelets, and more… 12 out of 10 each time!

I really enjoyed my breakfast at Scratch Kitchen! The food was absolutely delicious. It’s a small place, but the flavors are big. The coffee was great, and I loved that they bring out muffins for you to enjoy before you even order your meal.

We had the French toast with bacon and home fries. The sautéed potatoes are definitely better than the regular fried home fries — so flavorful and perfectly cooked.

Such a great little breakfast gem in the Olney area. I can’t wait to go back!

Small, quaint Mom and Pop restaurant in Olney. Stopped by for coffee and I was very happy I did. The staff immediately made me feel at home, in this cozy restaurant, buried in the back of a shopping center off Georgia Ave and Olney Sandy Springs Road. You would not know this place was here if u weren’t paying attention. So if u r in the area, very sure not to miss it!
