I was told over the phone they switched to thick sliced bacon and asked if that was ok, which it was. See pic of the “thick” sliced bacon. See pic of my sandwich which is supposed to be a double blt 4 half slices of bacon (thin). I asked for tomato and mayo, only got tomato no mayo. Charged me $11.99 for a poor excuse for a BLT and fries. This is the second time the food that I ordered was wrong. Last time my salad was supposed to have hard boiled eggs and no eggs. No more ordering food from Scramblers in Mariemont for me!

My daughter & I were looking for a fun “new” breakfast spot while we were in the area & picked this place & so glad we did! My daughter got a cold brew with vanilla cold foam & i got a caramel iced coffee, both of which were amazing. We got the biscuit flight to share bc duh. She got the lemon blueberry pancakes with sausage links & I got the salted caramel & banana waffles with bacon. It was all to die for & came out quick & hot! Mia was our server & she was so cute & super sweet!

Food came out very fast! Iced coffee is very sweet (which is fine with me, but some may not like that). They were willing to make me bananas foster french toast which was great and my husband enjoyed his chicken and waffles as well. We are from out of town, but would definitely visit again if given the chance.

Came here 7/12/25 had the stuffed French toast which was awesome. The “candied bacon” was just plain cooked bacon with sauce on it. Apparently they don’t know the definition of candied bacon. They were out of Pepsi WOW and their sweet tea was missing the sweet and tasted so watered down it was pathetic it tasted nasty. According to the receipt my servers name is “Fe” she didn’t seem thrilled to be here and seemed not to care about anything saying “oh well” when bringing issues to her attention

This was a very nice quiet area to grab some breakfast and chat with my bestie. We were greeted and seated right away. Our orders were taken promptly and the food came out fresh. Our waitress was very courteous. I would definitely return!

I’ve been eating at scramblers for years. Every single server is attentive and is very efficient. The owner is very attentive and the restaurant and food has always been cleanly and delicious! Definitely recommend this place

Our experience at the Scramblers in Cincinnati was absolutely unacceptable. We called ahead with a group of 13, including an infant, yet still waited nearly an hour to be seated. Once we finally sat down, we waited over 20 minutes without receiving so much as a glass of water — no drinks, no greeting, and we never even met our server.
When we approached the manager for help, we were met with rudeness and condescension instead of basic customer service. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to fix the situation.
After wasting so much time with zero service and unprofessional management, we had no choice but to leave. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually values its customers.
