I had such a great experience at Papa John’s, and Rachel truly made it exceptional. She was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made us feel valued as customers. The pizza was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked with generous toppings and amazing flavor. Everything about our visit, from the quick service to the clean and upbeat atmosphere, was outstanding. Rachel clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in every detail. We visited this Papa John’s location in Spokane while on a family trip, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was fresh, hot, and made perfectly, but what really stood out was the great management. The team was friendly, organized, and clearly well-led. You can tell when a location is run with care and pride, and it made our experience that much better. Huge shoutout to the Spokane crew for doing such an amazing job!

Pizza order was correct and tasted good. This was our 1st time ordering in a long while. The reasons I gave service a one star is because when we placed our order over the phone I had to repeat the order and our correct address to the representative at least 3x as he couldn’t speak or understand English worth a crap, it actually became frustrating. The atmosphere was a one star because when the driver brought our pizza to the door, I said “thank you” and smiled at him, not one word back or reply verbal or facial. He acted like he was going to a funeral instead of delivering a pizza. No personality, nothing.

Your diver didn’t bring change equal to $2 and the pizza was digusting. When I got a email to fix it I was given 2 large pizza coupons which I can’t use together and need an order minimum. You give free pizza to fix it and I have to spend more money to end up with the driver that scammed me the first time.

Usually get what I order but usually it’s simple. This one time I add extra toppings they mess it up. When asking for them to fix it, they had given us a tiny little sauce cup with some of the missing toppings barely enough to add to half the pizza. Guess I won’t be trying new things when ordering from this location again.

The system glitches and I did not receive what I ordered and what was advertised. The process for trying to get assistance is incredibly frustrating. Chat tells you to do something, you do it and do not get the phone number. Find the store phone number and they cannot assist. Given another number that was incorrect. Dig around and find the correct corporate number to be told that a manager has to call you back in hours.
The store manager should have the tools to fix this. Customer service should have the tools to fix this. Papa Johns obviously does not care about their customers and would rather jerk them around than ensure their employees have the power to fix mistakes.

I ordered online and got my food delivered an hour and half later. They had to call an Uber to deliver my food. Once u got my food some of my items were missing and they completely messed up my pizza toppings.
