Scouts’ Table offers upscale camp-inspired food in a beautiful lodge setting with views of the surrounding lake and mountains. An homage to the history of its location – a Girl Scout camp long ago – the menu features campfire favorites like gourmet skillet Mac ‘N Cheese. Other highlights include a celebration of traditional southern cooking with crispy Fried Chicken and savory Barbecue Ribs. Round out your meal with a sweet campfire treat like our ooey-gooey S’mores Dip! Whether you’re looking to relax after dinner in the cozy lounge area, warm yourself in front of a blazing fire, or challenge friends to a board game (all accompanied by a round of creative cocktails!), there’s a spot for you at Scouts’ Table.

We had dinner, and it was an odd ordering experience. After you sit and order, you are asked to pay and tip. We only saw our waitress once more, when she brought our food. We asked about silverware and she pointed to a station in the middle of the room and said “it’s over there by the drink machine.” I’m not sure why they have waitress staff. They operated like a fast food restaurant.
The food was not good. I ordered the “smash burger”. It was not a smash burger, don’t call it that. It was more like a frozen patty that they microwaved. I don’t think it even hit the grill. The fried pickles were soggy and greasy. The pork nachos were cold. The cheese curds were good. I think that was the only thing cooked fresh. The fruit cup for the kids was a prepackaged off the shelf cup.
Don’t eat here unless the snack bar at the pool is closed and you have no other options.

We’ve been to the park 3 times and this was our first experience at Scout’s Table. We thought the food at the pool grill was ok from previous experience and was expecting a much better dinner at Scout’s. The waitress explained that we had to pay first before eating -a little bit of a surprise especially considering there was not another soul in the room. The prices were high, which we kind of expected; but when she brought the check there was no option for “no tip”. Thankfully another family member paid for our meal. If I had seen the mandatory tip, we would have left. The waitress had nothing to do to earn a tip. Drinks and silverware are self-serve. The food was no better than the grill at the pool. It would have been nice to have an upscale experience or at least a real good meal on vacation. Go to the pool grill or bring your own food for the best experience. This should be no reflection on the rest of the park.

We finished our family trip to Jellystone with a character breakfast here. The food was delicious, the view was incredible, and the staff was great. Highly recommended for breakfast!

Very cool atmosphere, lawn games outside with a gorgeous view. Out of all the food, everything was good, except the bean burger. Two different people ordered it and neither person could eat much of it. Everything else was good. The employees were very nice.

We ate dinner and breakfast here on our trip (5/18/25). We all thought the dinner was great. I got a burger, which I am pretty picky about, and it was great. The cheese curds were amazing. My sister and wife got the “fish and chips” expecting fried fish but it is instead served with baked rainbow trout. They both enjoyed the fish regardless and it tasted fresh and seasoned well.
The major issue with Scout’s table is the breakfast buffet. You pay just as much as you do for dinner (3 people comes to about $80 after a 15% tip). The food is mid and not refreshed enough so it gets cold. Kids only eat free if they are under 5 so my 6 year old special needs daughter was full price despite only eating a few bites of food.
I wish I could have tipped our waitress more because she was great and very sweet and attentive. The service was excellent all around.

We got the breakfast buffet and it was okay. It was a really busy weekend, and so the buffet wasn’t stocked well and they continued to run out of food and we had to wait. Although being said, the service was amazing and the food was exactly what we were looking for!

Has so much potential. Really cute restaurant and amazing staff, but unfortunately the food is awful. The kids meals were fine, but the wings and burger were both terrible and we didn’t end up eating. Worst burger I’ve ever had, the meat was so salty and didn’t even taste like beef, which was odd as the burgers at the other onsite restaurant were fine. The food also came out incredibly fast, so not sure how far in advance food is prepped. The staff was very helpful to make it right for us, but I cannot recommend the food at all. I really wish they would put more effort into fresh, quality items as we would love a good dinner place onsite rather than driving to town. I will say the bar drinks were excellent. For now will only get coffee and drinks here.

So, so bad. Literally the worst food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Worse than any fast food even. All of the food was lukewarm-cold. The nachos had stale chips, cold cheese, tasteless pork and came with prepackaged Tostitos salsa, prepackaged off brand guacamole, and prepackaged sour cream thrown on the plate. Tiny portion and it cost $17. And how are you gonna charge people $2 for a cup of tap water?! All of the meals were terrible and someone with us ended up getting sick as well. For as many people that visit Jellystone, they should hire a real chef, even if just for peak season. The restaurant has potential, but it is awful. NEVER AGAIN!

the website is outdated and has a breakfast menu including chicken and waffles, pancakes, etc. however all that is currently (July 2025) available for breakfast is a small buffet. unfortunately I arrived solo intending to get food to-go for my family. the staff was very understanding and accommodating and I was able to bring back an acceptable breakfast and the food was pretty good. the friendly staff saved the day but the website should be updated.

Food was better last year. This place is pretty bad now.
Scouts table service was good and very nice. food was nasty. Pull pork was dry, wings were mushy like I was eating cartilage. Cherrwine was flat. Over $10 for a flat cocktail no thanks. Last year you had better dishes what happened?? I had the steak it was fine.
Go to the grill down by the pool. Food is much better. I could recommend the pizza or the cheesesteak. Food is good definitely not the best but still a whole lot better than scout table.
