ResiRoots Café is rooted in the land — we farm and produce high-quality flour from crops we grow here on Kauaʻi, including ‘Ulu (Breadfruit), Maiʻa (Green Banana), Kalo (Taro), and Manioka (Cassava). These flours are the foundation of our menu. We serve: • Hand-crafted waffles (including chicken & waffles) (gluten free) • Fresh bagel sandwiches & bagels with cream cheese • Nachos (gluten free) • Kulolo Cheesecake (gluten free) • Our signature fresh-pressed sugarcane juice Every bite connects you to the island’s staple crops, grown and milled by us, and transformed into fresh, local favorites. Probably the best chicken and waffles I’d ever had. The owner, Jade, was awesome, locally produced, fresh, and sustainably sourced. Everyone loved their food, and it had a cute locally produced fruit stand right next to it with samples.

Great little spot in Kekaha. When you drop out of the mountains from Waimea Canyon. Try anything. All is good. Chicken and waffles are great. The Waffles are made from a locally grown mix of GF ingredients. The Nachos are made with Taro and beef. Soo good. Also lots of coffee options and even boba.
