My husband and I absolutely love Scout’s. It’s one of our favorite local coffee spots for lattes, and I love every single scone they make, too! Scout’s has the cutest merch and great small items for gifting like cards and mugs, which they rotate seasonally. It also has the perfect coffee shop vibes inside and out!

I ordered the honeycomb latte (amazing) and a prosciutto ricotta toast which was delicious. Something different in a cafe other than an avocado toast (which is also an option). The ricotta was fresh and light the pesto on top was just enough for the flavor layer but not overpowering. Red chili flakes and honey on top was a perfect balance to the saltiness of the prosciutto- perfect bite!

Second time here, both times impressed! Baked goods are wholesome and not greasy, they have a very wonderful home-cooked feel. The coffee is to die for.
Both times I’ve been here, the line is out the door and cyclists have their bikes parked out front. You can always tell a great coffee stop by where the cyclists go. They also have a self pour water station which is extremely helpful.

Very nice vibe, calm music, and amazing coffee! I had the rose latte and it tasted great! The employees were also very nice! It wasn’t empty, but it also wasn’t full, and there were many seating options. As someone with a bit of anxiety around people, I loved being able to choose where I could sit so that I felt the most comfortable! The decorations and furniture were very nice and went together well! 🙂

Scout’s is like a coffee shop from a romance novel. The ambience is welcoming & beautiful. The lattes are the best I’ve ever had. It’s the perfect place to meet up with a friend or WFH. The merch & card selection provides great gifts for friends & family. Scout’s a true treasure that serves the community with so much joy. Do not miss out on this gem!

Friendly staff, great coffee, incredible food/pastries, and a comfortable atmosphere to hang out or get work done. The shop roasts their own coffee beans and does a great job at sourcing local ingredients whenever possible. Exactly what you’d want if you’re looking for a quality, local, coffee shop. Easily the best coffee shop in Hunterdon County. They host a bunch of fun events after hours and the owner is always looking for ways to invite the community into her thoughtfully curated space. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.
