loved the atmosphere + ambience of this place. only stopped in for coffee + tea but the homemade pop tarts looked delicious wish i was hungry enough to grab one! the crew was kind + on top of their game! overall, great experience stopping in here on our way to st. louis.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! One of the Best coffee shops in Kansas and KCMO and I’ve been to practically every single one. They love their job, and you can tell with every drink. It’s not rushed and you can even get a drink inhouse, they have solid latte art. Scout’s is so well rounded!

Stopped here as we are heading outside of town, I’m so glad we did. Ended up ordering a white chocolate mocha and a root beer latte. The root beer latte was beyond fabulous! Probably one of the best coffee drinks I’ve ever had! My husband ordered it, but I ended up stealing quite a bit of it. The white mocha was delicious as well. Coffee house was absolutely adorable. Located in an old house, but redone in a way that has lots of seating and cool areas to hang out. The vibrate Scout gave was very nice, welcoming, and creative. They offer variety of drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries. You do have to go in to order, but they offer and pick up window for orders placed ahead of time. Went on a weekday, and it was not overly busy at all. Drinks were made quickly, and bistros were friendly. I would recommend this place to anybody who’s in the area or traveling through. Would go back again!

This coffee shop is fantastic! I love the relaxed vibe, flexible seating options (inside or out), and coffee selection! Friendly staff and quick service.
Their pop tarts are amazing! I got the cinnamon brown sugar (my favorite traditional poptart) and it definitely exceeded expectations.
Bonus they have a shop for their own merch as well as a little spot with small business soaps and such.
