We came here on Valentines day as a 2nd option and it was the best decision all year. We came here last night and everything was perfect. The birria taco was to die for. Fresh guac and amazing chips. Would give 10 stars if I could

We didn’t initially set out to come here but it must’ve been fate that we stumbled in.

My initial feeling of this place was that it felt REAL. The food was delicious. Much more savory than usual I would have. I went for my go to taco- Al Pastor and my co-diners both got bowls.

The juice drink size was enormous. Food came out fast and I ate it even faster.

Would love to come back and try out their famous burrito next!

Friendly atmosphere, great service. But the food wasn’t quite what I thought it would be. It’s not authentic Mexican food that’s for sure. I ordered the Burrito de Bistek which has steak in it. The steak was so ground up it was like ground beef so the texture just was t what I expected. It was an okay burrito but I’ve definitely had better.

Okay so maybe I shouldn’t have called this place not authentic. I’ve only been there once so there may be other dishes that are very authentic. Every burrito I’ve had from what I thought was an authentic Mexican restaurant, I’ve had to eat with a knife and fork because it had sauce on it and was surrounded by lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, etc. This one I picked up and ate with my hands. I’m not a connoisseur on Mexican food so maybe I was incorrect in saying they aren’t authentic. Don’t judge EI Burrito on my review alone. Go there and see for yourself. They were very friendly.

This is the most authentic Mexican food I’ve found in the Philadelphia suburbs! There are exotic and classic menu options. You have to come here!

From the moment I stepped into El Burrito, I was struck by how clean and cozy the place felt. Nestled in the heart of downtown Phoenixville, the location couldn’t be better.

We ordered a steak burrito, chicken burrito, pork burrito, and tortilla soup. The burritos were fantastic – juicy, packed with meat, rice, veggies, and beans – all wrapped up perfectly. And the best part? They came with crispy, golden French fries on the side. You can’t ask for a better combo! The tortilla soup was just as delicious, rich with tender chicken and flavorful spices. I asked for mine without sour cream, and Dylan made sure it was just right.

To top it all off, we indulged in the homemade deep-fried ice cream – WOW! The crispy shell, the creamy ice cream inside, and the generous scoop size made it an absolute treat. We also tried the Nutella ice cream, and let’s just say, it was next-level delicious!

A huge shoutout to Dylan, who was incredibly welcoming and made our experience even better. And of course, a big thank you to Maria, who was also wonderful, and to the talented cooks working behind the scenes – they don’t always get the recognition they deserve, but they’re the heart of this amazing food.

We’ll definitely be back to enjoy more of this authentic and mouthwatering Mexican cuisine. See you soon!

Absolutely the best food you can buy and great quality prices. In a quaint perfect area downtown where it’s not so busy think but it is a quaint little place to have dinner. It’s great for a date, friends, family especially if you have a large gathering there’s plenty of space. The owner is really into Freda is a beautiful painting on the wall and tons of art. The owner loves decorations and the place is very cozy and feels like home. You’ll find all sorts of amazing dishes on their menu and everything is of quality and they take care and every single order that you make.
