Popped in tonight as I wanted something easy. Traveling for work and didn’t want to go out. Oh my goodness. This is old school fish and chips that I remember as a kid. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. A definite if you are in town. 10/10. Serving was massive.

Our last night in Warrnambool and treated ourselves to fish and chips from Scotty’s and so glad we did. The flake which was massive,was stunning,pure white flesh with awesome batter and cooked perfectly. The chips were also perfect,clean and slightly crunchy which we loved. Also the young lad that served us was polite and well mannered. Credit to you all! Wish your business was in our home town! You’ve just got it right. Keep up the great service.

Best tasting chips I’ve had in years.
Thick, slightly crunchy and soft in the middle. Cooked in clean oil.
Non greasy. Recommend only coming here if you want the best tasting chips, otherwise go elsewhere for good chips. See you next time. ($5 chips, 2 South Melb dimmies and the Chiko roll guy)

The fried flake was the best we have ever had. Very little batter and lots of flakey fish. The batter was light with no taste of oil. The potato cake was delicious and chips great but too many for 2 people. My husbands prawns were plump and not cooked up.

My wife ordered fish and potatoe cakes tonight to supplement our dinner.
The fish was very fresh and the batter was crispy and delicious. The potatoe cakes were second to none and delicious as well.
