I would like to preface my review with the fact that I am a platinum elite Bonvoy member and we stay at Marriot affiliated hotels and inns at least 8 times a year.
Tonight I have had some of the best service I have ever experienced, at ANY establishment, tonight at the Rocks restaurant and bar. I was actually staying at the extremely pleasant Springhill suites beside this hotel but the Marriot hotel beside us had a late night bar and restaurant. I was served by Mike B at the bar and he had fantastic suggestions for food and bourbon cocktails. I had a great time and the food was exceptional. He had some support staff, maybe a manager because it was pretty busy. And the chef went out of his way to accommodate a request. When I left the building I exited through the back conference area to get back to the the suites. All staff I encountered along the way were extremely polite and personable.Highly recommend Rocks if you’re in Marietta and Marriot if you’re listening – everyone in the front of the house restaurant/hotel that worked tonight represents your brand and mission statement impeccably. See you soon Rocks on my next trip to ATL.

I had foot surgery on August 23rd and September 4th’s Atlanta Braves/Colorado Rockies game was my last opportunity to see my FIRST MLB and Braves game; which was a win.
Caught the shuttle there but hobbled back, there were too many people to navigate and a good distance to the shuttle. I was in pain and beat by the time I plopped at the bar. Nice young man was busy with the later crowd as the restaurant portion was closed. Ordered a club sandwich and some wings, both were a lot of food and excellent. It wasn’t just the bartender who was concerned about service to the customers, a manager also checked in to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything else.
I appreciate OUTSTANDING customer service when there’s so many companies that do not care.

Great hotel restaurant! Reasonable prices. Great service. Andrew took good care of me and ensured I had everything I needed to enjoy my dinner. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were done well and fresh. No sogginess. The sandwich bun was toasted or grilled with a bit of butter. The chicken was tender and juicy.

A very nice way to wind down with family and friends at the end of a long day. The bartender knew how to give a smooth pour and the environment was very comfortable. Best part was that I only had to go as far as the elevator would take me. Haha. Very nice establishment.
