First time dining here. Had the blackened chicken cowboy salad. Next time I wouldn’t get it blackened because I’m not a big fan of pepper. I also had the grilled shrimp market green salad. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. I would’ve liked more than four. We asked for all romaine lettuce and they complied. We were charged a credit card surcharge so just be aware. I would definitely come back here and eat that again.
Came back again and had the same shrimp market salad, which I liked. Unfortunately, my partner ordered the mahi sandwich. It had way too much sauce on it and the Mahi was overcooked and there’s jalapeño peppers in the coleslaw. He could not eat it. The manager was very nice and took it off the bill. We ordered a shrimp tempura Crunch roll instead to go. It came with scallions and no ginger. Not a good night. We won’t be back.

We loved every last item we ordered – gyoza was perfect, the chicken sandwich with fries was incredible and GIANT , the dragon bowl was so flavorful and the drinks were awesome! Best food we had while in Kauai and that shocked us, to be honest! The hostesses, bartenders,and manager were all nice and appeared to be very happy to serve guests and our server was so friendly and attentive. We loved it!

Okay…great food and mixology…BUT – the service was awful. We stopped in for a quick bite at happy hour. We asked for a brunch menu for the next morning (just to look) and apparently they’re employees don’t know their sign says brunch. THEY DON’T SERVE BRUNCH in case you’re wondering. After ordering a drink and two happy hour dishes we waited as others got service, drinks, food, etc. They comped our drink, but even now I’m having to wait to pay. It’s like we didn’t exist except for the manager who brought it drink and person who brought our food (our server only took our order and slowly cashed us out). Perhaps they don’t like happy hour guests, but don’t offer it then. I’d go for the food but lower expectations about service.

We came to this area to try to go to another restaurant without a reservation, but their bar was full. Being nearby, we randomly saw Scotty Browns and are SO happy we ended up here. We walked up and were immediately able to sit at the bar. Looking at the menu, we were actually overwhelmed by all the delicious sounding items, but landed on the dragon bowl with fried tofu, and the poke bowl. Both were outstanding. The dragon bowl was so full of flavor, warm and comforting, but not overly heavy. I cannot stop thinking about it. My husband got the poke bowl and loved all of the flavors and textures. Service was amazing, and the bartenders were all very friendly and helpful! Wish we were on the island longer so we could come back again!

This place is probably one of our favorite dinners in our whole stay at Kauai! The food was so delicious, all of the fish just tasted so fresh and we both finished our meals so quickly. Highly recommend and it was very easy to make reservations!

WOW. This place surprised me big time. The food was amazing and I’m still dreaming about it. I had the #28 Dragon Bowl with crispy tofu (which they were able to accommodate all my food allergies while still making it taste delicious – a huge win!) and my friend loved her blackened chicken alfredo. Portion sizes were generous, the bartender customized my drink perfectly, and the manager even came by to chat. Service was A+ and the vibe was warm and welcoming. A new fave. You better believe I’ll be telling everyone about this spot!

We reserved a table ahead of time in hopes of getting a decent spot. We were seated right away, but had probably the worst table in the restaurant right by the entrance which was disappointing. We were seated next to a couple with a child who screamed off and on and we thought about leaving right away, however we decided to stay and give it a try. Service was fine, prices were very steep, and the food was just ok but a bit bland. The Tuna Tataki for $50 was disappointing for what you get which was coconut rice and a very simple salad. In all honesty for what you spend here I’d go somewhere else next time!

I would give it 6 stars if I could. Wow! We totally lucked out with this pick. It’s a short drive from the Sheraton and both the service and food were spectacular. Leslie was the best server we could have asked for. We sat outside and the ambience was amazing. Starter was the poke with chips. The little cowboy salad was yummy. Mains were ahi burger on gluten free bread, and the dragon bowl was the other. Dragon bowl is so full of flavor. Got half chicken, half tofu. 10/10 highly recommend and they’re fairly new but glad we tried it out. Will be back. Also the music was fire.
