Placed a online order, very simple and easy. Drove a mile to pick it up and what-da-ya-know. My two corsaints and hot tea was ready and waiting. DD should teach other restaurant franchisees the fundamentals of drive thru service.

Lines and wait times keep getting longer and longer, used to be my go to. Waited 15 mins stuck in the drive thru for a cup of coffee. Couldn’t leave as the drive thru is blocked by a curb.

If i could give zero stars i would. They be using expired milk on drinks. Also management treats workers poorly. The manager gets to take his breaks but makes his workers including the pregnant ones work without breaks. Also he needs to work on his weird obsession with clients and getting mad when they aren’t interested and messing up their orders on pupose so they wont return .

If you don’t know what flavor donut you want, I would go to another location. Tried to go to this location twice recently and both times, the lobby has been locked. The drive thru at this location was not planned very well and is not convenient, especially if there is a long line. So sometimes, it’s more convenient to go inside. I don’t always know what I want and the times I have used the drive thru, they were out of the donut I wanted. If your short staffed, then post a notice on the door as to why your lobby is not open. Don’t just lock the door and force everyone to use the drive thru.

Very rude staff with horrible customer service skills. Food is no where near what you would expect, orders come out wrong, things have been missed from bag. Staff seems more concerned with personal situation then there job, if you can even get inside. “They’re always claiming the register won’t work, and to use drive through.” No good for customers who enjoy a walk in the morning. McDonald’s is right next door with better service, prices, and properly cooked food.

If I could give this no stars I would. This is the closest location near my job and according to their updated times they open at 4am. On numerous occasions I pass at 530ish and purchase through the app and it’s closed. Once I came and female employee tried to nag me for ordering through the app and arriving “too soon” and I proceeded to tell her that it would be the same if I ordered at the voice box. I don’t understand the audacity to be upset over a long wait/line yet I’ve seen them rushing in at 5?! Do better by arriving 15 minutes before opening so you have everything ready at 4.
