I’m not from here but this is one of my favorite breakfast places. The portions are big, it’s very inexpensive and the food is good. A simple diner with no frills. They do close early but it’s definitely worth the visit.

Scottie’s Eat More is the definition of a hidden gem! Tucked away off Main Street, this little diner is a must-visit for anyone who loves fresh made to order. The setup is classic—you sit at the bar and watch as your meal is made right in front of you. Everything is cooked fresh, and the care they put into it really shines through.
The food? Absolutely delicious. Every bite is bursting with flavor, and you can tell they use top-notch ingredients. And the best part? It’s super affordable! You get amazing quality without breaking the bank.
Scottie’s Eat More has that authentic, no-frills charm that’s hard to find these days. It’s cozy, unpretentious, and downright perfect. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it!

First impression walking in the door is old school stool to kitchen dive cafe …. perfect little spot as we love these kind of places… except, the place is filthy, the two employees ignored us for 9 minutes until we decided to get up to leave, which then only employee interaction with us was ” ugh are you leaving?” We politely said yep and left and came to soups on. It wasn’t the fact that the employees were not only ignorant to customer service the place was filthy we were in there for 9 minutes and we smell of Grease and I understand when you go to a place that the kitchen is open-faced to counter that’s not an issue it’s pure filth in there the floor is disgusting, the stench of Grease and rudeness of the two employees bickering back and forth with pure ignorance of greeting any customer walking through that door is what really is disheartening

Just tried this hidden gem on a whim. It was a Tuesday afternoon around 11, not too busy! It has only counter seating, so if that is not for you, you may want to skip this one! They have street parking. The place is cute and well worn. They cook your food right in front of you and there are literally only 2 people working, the cook-his name was Randy was amazing made friendly. The server, I didn’t get her name, was great, not as friendly but had a sharp, sarcastic wit about her which I personally LOVE!
Their prices were ridiculously cheap for the amount of food you get vi tried the Philly cheesesteak and not only was this thing huge, it was delicious! I also ordered my own order of fries, also a crazy amount, but they are literally cut and fried in front of you! They are unbelievable! My friend ordered a burger and fries, she was equally impressed with the fries and her burger was delicious!!!
Seems like they get a lot of regulars and during peak times you may have to wait for a seat at the counter!
The only negative, they only have one itty bitty bathroom and it definitely could use a cleaning, but as good as the food was not even mad about it!!!
Oooh and they have a soft serve ice cream machine!

Walking into Scottie’s Eat‑Mor felt like stepping onto the set of a small‑town television show—in the best possible way. The entire restaurant is just a narrow corridor: a compact kitchen working its quiet magic, lined with a row of counter stools, and nothing more. It would be easy to overlook from the outside, but inside it’s its own little ecosystem.
What struck me most was the sense of community. The locals clearly know one another, and the way they talked, joked, and checked in with each other gave the place a lived‑in warmth that you can’t manufacture. I didn’t want to intrude on the scene; it felt like something to appreciate rather than disrupt.
If I hadn’t done a bit of research, I might never have thought to stop here. Now that I have, I can already see myself becoming a regular. A wonderful first visit.

The food was the best, I was telling the nice waitress (she helps run the place for her brother I believe), they should be number one breakfast establishment in Fort Atkinson. She was super nice, and the food was so delicious. It’s so cheap to eat here and you get a bang for your buck. Please consider coming here.

Fantastic food at an awesome price in a fun diner atmosphere! It’s all counter seating and perfect if dining as a pair or with a small group. One gentlemen does all the cooking and service so expect to spend some time here but it’s worth the wait! Food is delicious and great portion sizes, I love the old school counter seating and ‘diner’ feel! Highly recommend this place!

My first time here . Stopped while I was in town for an errand. One person working , I assume the owner. He had it dialed in , taking orders , cooking , cashing out. Counter space only, food was good and very reasonable prices. This place is a throwback atmosphere for sure . Love these kind of places.

This is my new favorite hidden gem. Reminds me, in a way, of my grandparents’ kitchen. The food is great and the prices are so unbelievably cheap, it’s unreal! The place is not big, it’s a long counter you sit at, but you definitely won’t be disappointed!!!!!!
