Food was great, service was top notch! (Thanks Derek) and the atmosphere was just fine. Really nice little, unassuming joint. The fried pickles were cut into little spears, as opposed tothe usual chips, I think that was clever. Pulled pork mac and cheese was great, and the fish tacos were standard–lacked any lime but I’m sure had I asked, that would have been no problem to add. Tacos were great regardless. Haven’t had service that good in quite a while. Our drinks were kept full, we had prompt greetings and menus in front of us, and the food came out swiftly. Nice place, will definitely be putting Scotchtown Craft in the rotation of restaurant selections.

Little hole-in-the-wall place that I didn’t think much of when I saw it and honestly I probably would not have gone in had I not seen the reviews. I had the king chili burger and it was absolutely amazing. Cooked to perfection with just the right amount of chili and onion rings. Not so big that I couldn’t get my mouth around it, but not so small that I felt like I was getting cheated. The fries on the other hand were a little skimpy. They tasted amazing though, so maybe this is a case of quality over quantity. They have a decent selection of beer, but I would like to see more porters and stouts. But of course, I always want more porters and stouts!

This experience was amazing. Derrick was an exceptional host and bartender. The fried pickles were delectable. The fish tacos were so fresh and flavorful. They came with 4 tacos, at a great price! The pulled pork Mac and cheese was the perfect serving amount and was very balanced. I will definitely come back again and again

I expected more from this place when it came to the food which came out in like 5 min. The pretzels were microwaved, The beer and drinks are good, but the fish tacos that said had chipotle was extremely spicy, the “pressed Cuban” just tasted like salt, mustard and bread didn’t even taste the Swiss, and the Mac and cheese was literally out of a Kraft box tasted like powdered cheese and water, the cheese was literally watery not like the gooey cheesy kind you get at most places. Drinks and beer were good but disappointed with the food.

Update ~ ordered the Stella Burger ~ wOw! The kitchen is not phoning it in. Received hot, perfectly cooked medium and delicious ~ best burger I’ve had on the road. Bonus ~ forgot my reading glasses and the ‘tender loaned me a pair of cheaters. ~ thanks so much!

Hidden gem. Very unassuming presence outside but definitely worth checking out. Excellent local craft beer selection of course, but food and service was great too. Check out the menu, they are definitely punching way above “usual bar fare.” Very relaxed atmosphere too, so glad we stopped in!

So if you are driving by you probably won’t notice this place at all BUT if you just so happen to stop by you will be so happy. The food is always amazing (try the buffalo mac if they have it) , very laid back setting and has alcohol from local areas. Can’t wait to go back!

There is a great selection of beer on draft and in cans. The staff is very friendly and attentive so you won’t be waiting too long. I had the Cuban sandwich, and it was incredibly good! I definitely plan to return and try out more of the menu.

Craft beer board is always off the charts! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Kitchen does a phenomenal job with the basics. Chicken sandwich has great flavor and the crispy, battered, seasoned fries are great.
