I was trying to leave a survey review but the link wasn’t working properly for me. So I decided to leave a Google review! I had an awesome experience here in Boise at this Panera location. The cashier was very patient and helpful with great tips and recommendations for ordering. I ended up trying the half Goddess Cobb salad without bacon and added some extra veggies for good measure. I also tried the ciabatta cheesesteak sandwich-added some avocado and pepperoncinis. After my reward everything came out to about $19. The food came out really good! Highly recommend trying it if you want to try something new. Everything was ready in a timely manner, good portions, and was very delicious! I extended my compliments to the manager on duty Josh. He was very kind spirited and appreciative. He has a wonderful team going above and behind doing a great job! They all deserve a raise! (; Whenever I’m back in town I’ll be sure to stop by and try something new again! Thank you for your wonderful service, atmosphere, and delicious meal! Highly recommend.

I live in a Senior Living Facility…Heatherwood. We go to various restaurants to eat out. I will definitely give the name of this restaurant as a place for us to go to.
I would also recommend Paneras to my friends.

I started coming to this Panera Bread location 3 months ago since I moved from Northern California and I love it. The first employee I dealt with, her name is Emily. She made me feel welcome at Panera Bread. She’s so friendly, helpful, and very professional. She has great customer service skills. Sometimes she works the drive thru or sometimes she works inside, either way she’s very helpful. I have the options to go to other coffee places here in Boise but I chose to continue to come to Panera Bread everyday because the other coffee places are not friendly. I have been to Human Bean and Dutch Bros here Boise and they are not friendly at all. I hope the Manager sees this review because Emily is the only one that makes me feel welcome at Panera Bread. I hope she gets recognition for being a wonderful employee.

You know when you’re having a terrible day and you just want one thing to soften the edges of the world? Well I just wanted Mac n cheese with a baguette delivered to my door so I can cry into my Mac n cheese with a delicious and buttery baguette in my mouth. Well, that didn’t get to happen because they FORGOT TO ADD THE BAGUETTES TO THE BAG. All they could offer was a couple bucks which is fine but man, today, I wasn’t expecting Panera to issue another blow. I’m just gonna go to sleep now.
Also it’s SUPER expensive.

We ordered ‘Pick 2’ and few other items but as soon as we got home, we realized one of the items wasn’t in the bag. We called Panera bread and the manager took care of it right away. Matt and Josh went above and beyond to give us a better experience. Not only we got rest of our order fulfilled but they also sent us home with some goodies. Mistakes can happen but taking accountability and fixing them makes the difference in the world. Thank you!

Pregnant: they served me rotten yogurt filled up with water that showed the date expired. They talk, hangout, and joke around instead of work appropriately. They don’t rotate or check dates. The water filled in the yogurt spilled all over my vehicle. They took their sweet time refunding the cash. Zero apologies. I won’t be back. So gross & negligent.
I tried to report to their other location & “they don’t know the owners, it’s just a corporation not owned by anyone in Idaho”.
Bullshitting with your coworkers will slow your food and quality as proven, Panera.
Get it together! A yogurt from two weeks ago should have never taken 10 minutes with only 1 customer in the drive thru.

My first experience with Panera started off on the wrong foot. I had done an online order and when I got to the drive through I ended up waiting 10 minutes to get my food as the person in front of me was having issues.
I got my food and rushed back to work only to find I had been given the wrong order. It was completely different from my original order. I emailed the company but then thought “You know what it was probably just a simple mix up, I’ll call the location.”
THEY WERE AMAZING!!!
Within 15 minutes they had remade my order and I was back to work and so happy and pleased with the experience.
The manager was super sweet and definitely made my day.
So all in all, thank you Panera! The food was marvelous!
